Super Clean Kid Proof Challenge Terms & Conditions:

1. Akzo Nobel India Limited (the ‘Company’ or ‘AkzoNobel’) invites your participation to the “KidProof Challenge” (the ‘Challenge’) to be conducted for a limited duration from 20th March, 2016 to 30th April, 2ding the product and its use, with opportunities to win free products for participants offered by the Company at its sole discretion.

2. The registration to participate in the challenge will commence from 20th March ,2016 to 15th April, 2016 (the ‘term of registration’).
3. This Challenge is applicable in limited territories mentioned in Annexure-A (the ‘territory’)as determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
4. The Challenge is limited to the extent of the Company providing the participant with 20 liter paint can only in case the participant is successful in proving that there exists a superior washable emulsion than Dulux SuperClean (the ‘product’).

5. If the participant on successful completion of the challenge, becomes eligible for the product from the Company free of cost, will be awarded the choice of his product up to the value of Rs.300 per liter (MRP), subject to availability as specified in the T&C.

6. Eligibility of Participants:
a. Participation in the challenge is open to individuals, who register on the website of the Company (dulux.in/kidproofchallenge) residing in the territory.
b. The challenge is open to the participants who have registered with the Company during the term of registration.
c. Participants who are not registered, or in certain cases re-registered with the Company by 15th April, 2016 will not be eligible to participate in the Challenge.

d. Participants producing legal and valid residence proof (i.e Passport, Electricity Bill, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.) or tenants with valid and subsisting rent agreement will be eligible to take the challenge subject to the scrutiny of the documents by the representative of the Company.

e. The Company reserves the right to forfeit participation of any participant who does not provide the required verification upon receiving the request/notification from the Company or its partners.
f. Participants who register effectively and in furtherance of which give effective appointment for the challenge, as laid down in the terms, upon the satisfaction of the Company, shall be eligible to participate in the challenge.
g. Employees of the Company, its authorized dealers and/or their associates/affiliates and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the challenge.

7. Process:
a. The person who wishes to participate in the challenge shall register on the website of the Company (dulux.in/kidproofchallenge).

b. The Call center on behalf of the Company will call the participant who has successfully registered for verifying the details provided during registration and further explain the terms and conditions of the challenge. The participant will be contacted by the Relationship Officer (‘RO’)/Contractor Relationship Officer (‘CRO’) only if the participant successfully verifies the details and agrees to the Terms and conditions of the challenge.

c. Thereafter, the participant will be contacted by the nearest RO/CRO. If the participant is not contacted within two working days, then the participant was not registered successfully and has to re-register for the challenge within the term of registration.Only after successful registration, the participant will be contacted by the nearest RO/CRO.

d. The RO/CRO will fix an appointment with the participant within two workingdays of contacting the participant for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions of the challenge.
e. The Company will proceed with the challenge only if the participant has understood and agreed to the T&C of the challenge.
f. On agreement of the participant to adhere with the T&C of the challenge, the date will be fixed for the challenge to be conducted at the premises/residence of the participant.

g. A date will be fixed with the consent of the participant for conducting the challenge. The date of appointment for conducting the challenge has to be given by the participant within ten days of registration, failing which the participant will re-register on the website of the Company within the term of registration.

h. The Company will not be liable for unsuccessful completion of the challenge, on failure of the participant to agree on a date of appointment with the Company within ten days of registration.

i. The Company will prepare the wall under the supervision of its RO/CRO by its certified contractor for its product adhering to the pre-treatment and application procedures set out in the requirements of the Approved application scheme mentioned on the product at its own cost upto a maximum of 10 sq. ft. for both the products i.e. Dulux Superclean & the product of the Competition.

j. The participant will be required to borne the cost of the paint of the competition product. The Company will get the wall painted for the challenge at its own cost.
k. The participant will be required to use the competition emulsion which is an “interior water based emulsion” costing up to a maximum MRP of Rs. 350/ ltr.
l. The Competition emulsion should be manufactured by a Public Listed Company in India.
