Tinkle IdeaWhiz Contest 2015 Voting:

Dear Readers, you really are IdeaWhizes!
Your ideas whizzed in left, right and centre for Shikari Shambu, Tantri the Mantri, Suppandi, Defective Detectives and Ina Mina Mynah Mo.

The voting shall be open from 1st July, 2015 to 10th August, 2015.

The toons tried to select their own adventure but found it impossible. So, they simply selected their top five favourites and left it up to you to choose for them.

Terms and Condition:

By entering the Contest you agree to be bound by its terms & conditions.

The Contest is open for children who are below 17 (Seventeen) years of age, entering through their parent/guardian.

The Contest will start from1st May, 2015 and entries received before 10th June, 2015 shall only be considered.

To enter the Contest, ‘Tinkle IdeaWhiz”, submit an Adventure Idea based on any one of these Tinkle characters–Suppandi, Shikari Shambu, Tantri the Mantri, Defective Detectives, and Ina Mina Mynah Mo’—or individual Adventure Ideas for each of these Tinkle characters. For the purpose of clarity participant’s needs to send ideas for Adventures that the Tinkle Characters will go on.

The Participants can send their entries through post at Amar Chitra Katha Private Limited, 2nd Floor, Sumer Plaza, MarolMaroshi Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 059 or email it at tinklemail@ack-media.com. You may send more than one entry.

The Company shall in its sole discretion shortlist ideas submitted by the Participants for each character on merit basis and shall announcethe shortlisted ideas on the website www.tinkleonline.com/ideawhiz in the month of July, 2015 for readers to Vote for the Best Idea in each Toon category. The number of ideas to be shortlisted for each character shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Winners of the Contestshall be informed by the management by a medium of communication of its choice. The Winners shall receive a Tinkle IdeaWhizCertificate from the Company which shall be send to the winners either through Post or email.

The best Voted Idea for each character shall be transformed into a Comic story and shall be featured in the Anniversary issue of Tinkle (subject to editorial changes) in the month of November, 2015 or in any other issue at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Winners / their parents or guardian shall be contacted by the Company and the Winners should have obtained the consent of their parents once their entries are accepted by the Editor /Judges.

In the event, the winner fails to respond within one (1) month from the date of being notified and/or the Company is unable to contact the winner despite reasonable effort, the Company reserves the right to change the winner.

The decision of the Editorshall be final and binding.

By submitting the Ideas you agree that the Idea submitted by you is original and is not imitated, copied or infringe the right of any third Party.

You agree that all rights associated with the storybased on the AdventureIdea you sent shall vest with the Company at all times.

By submitting theAdventure Idea,you undertake that you are the owner of the idea and that you agree to our terms and conditions. In the event it is claimed that the idea submitted by you infringes any person’s copyright, you agree to indemnify against all costs, expenses, losses, fines etc. incurred, borne or suffered by Amar Chitra Katha Pvt. Ltd.

We reserve the right to change any of the rules of this Contest while it is running if it appears appropriate to do so, including extending the closing date.

The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the Contest are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
