Contest Period:
This contest is valid for 60days from 2nd Apr 2016, 00:00 hrs to 31st May 2016, 23:59 hrs (“Contest Period”).

Contest Procedure and Eligibility:
** This Contest is skill based & purely on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary for the valid Subscribers of “Operator” (the “Service”).

** The Contest is open for all valid pre-paid and post-paid subscribers of the operator, in the following service areas Delhi, Uttar Pradesh East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Punjab, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Chennai

In order to be eligible for this Contest, Operator’s Subscriber must fulfil the following criteria at the time of participating and during the continuation of the Contest :
** Subscriber should be above 18 years of age and should be eligible to contract as per Indian laws
** Subscriber must be citizen of India.
** Subscriber must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.Subscriber must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.).
** Subscriber must be either an active existing or new subscriber of Service during the Contest Period.
** Subscriber must have submitted the full set of valid documents as per DOT guidelines, at the time of taking connection.The Subscriber can participate in the contest by dialling an IVR shortcode 5800090 (toll free).
** Upon dialling the IVR shortcode 5800090 participants will be asked 5 questions.
** The 5 questions will be valid for one day only and next day participant will get new set of 5 questions. Each question shall have 2 options and the participating Subscriber shall get 10 points for each correct answer, there will be no negative marking.
** Each incorrect answer will be recorded as 0 points. The maximum number of questions that can be answered in a day is 5. -.
** There will be Surprise day wherein highest scorer (based on winner declaration criteria) of that day will get a prize.
** The information regarding surprise day will be sent to participants via SMS.

Contest:
** Questions and their answers, designed/sourced by ONE97, are as per their best knowledge and information available and have been collected and framed with reasonable prudence.
** In case there is any discrepancy / dispute regarding the questions or answers, neither One97 nor any third party involved shall have any liability towards any participants.
** It is understood and agreed by the Subscribers that mere participation to this Contest during the Contest Period, does not entitle the Subscriber/s to claim the Prize.
** He /she should be a selected/ declared as the highest scorer in conformity with the terms contained in this T&C to claim the Prize(s) mentioned in Annexure A.
