For the past four years Picasso Art Contest Team has promoted the talented artists from all horizons from 59 different countries. We can do better. Today we are introducing Picasso’s Annual International Watercolor Art Contest 2016 aiming at stimulating artists worldwide and pushing the boundaries of creativity.

** Acrylics

Subject/ Theme:
Any subject or theme is acceptable.

Rules and Regulations:
Before you send your entries, please follow the directions below:
** Each artist should send a single painting only.
** There should be signature of artist on any corner of the painting
** Art-works must be created primarily with water-based media (watercolor, acrylic etc.) on paper.
** All art-works must be original.
** Mixed media entries are accepted but, watermedia must be the dominant element.
** Renowned personality in respective field will judge the entries. The decision of the jury, formed for this purpose, will be final without any jurisdiction.
** Paintings submitted must be artist’s origina work. If your painting infringes upon another’s copyright, it will be disqualified.
** Participation in this contest is absolutely free.
** Please do not send painting related to violence, drugs or adult themes.
** You participate in the contest means you agree with the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy of this website.

How to Participate ?:
Participation in Picasso’s Annual International Watercolor Art Contest 2016 is a two step process:

Step- 1:
Participants have to send the photograph of drawing/ painting to paint4picasso@gmail.com with his NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AGE COMPLETED, STATE & COUNTRY. The subject of e-mail should be Annual International Watercolor Art Contest 2016.

Step- 2:
** Fill the Online Form which is free. Click to fill the online form.
** Layout and Size of Painting
** The drawing/ painting may be vertical or horizontal. Any size is accepted.
** Selection process and notification to winners
** Best art-works will be selected by the jury.Winners will be informed by e-mail before publication of result.
** Rejection of entries. Do not make following mistakes.

The entries may be REJECTED due to following reasons:
** Your art-work contains any objectionable subject or copyrighted material.
** You have not sent your art-work with your NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AGE, STATE & COUNTRY.
** You have not filled the Online Form.
** The image of the drawing/ painting is not clear.
** You sent the drawings multiple times
