#MichelinBacktoMotoGP“, henceforth referred to as the “contest”, is hosted by ‘Trails of India’, on website and will be promoted on Facebook and Twitter. Any participation in this regard is voluntary.

It’s a contest for all the Bike Lovers and who follow various events related to it like MotoGp, which is one of the biggest Bike racing event. The Bikers need to register on the Trails Of India website, share content in the form of trails, Chronicles, Forum thread or Throttle.

To participate in the contest, each participant needs to adhere to the following:-
Steps for participation:
** Register on TrailsOfIndia.com and customize your profile, add the bikes you own, upload profile & cover picture etc.
** Create your group (if you are group rider), invite group members to register on the website and join the group.
** Take part in “The Junction” – bikers’ forum, submit trails and stories, purchase from TrailsOfIndia eCommerce store.
** Share on social media, on why you think you should be going to the MotoGP.
** Follow Trails Of India on either or all of the three Social Media Platforms that this contest will be played on. The social media platforms are: Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

Conditions for participation:
** The contest is open to all bikers of India except the employees and the family members of the organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors /executing agencies and their associate companies.
** There is no entry fee.
** Contest is open from 8:00 PM on 7th April 2016 to 20th April 2016 on the Trails of India website.
** After 20th April 2016, no further entries for the contest will be permitted.
** All entries must be submitted on Trails of India website. Entries submitted through any other medium would not be considered valid for the contest.
** Trails of India reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that are created with respect to this contest.
** The entries would be the intellectual property of Trails of India. The entries are meant to be used by Trails of India for promotional and display purposes, and also for any other use as may be deemed appropriate for the initiative.
** The entries must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
** The participant must be the same person writing the story. Entries found to be plagiarized and in violation of any provision of the Indian Copyright Act,1957 will be disqualified, solely based on the discretion of Trails of India.
** Trails of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
** Trails of India reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the contest and/ or the Terms & Conditions. However, any changes to the Terms& Conditions will be updated/ posted on various Trails of India platforms (Facebook mainly).
** It would be the responsibility of the participants to keep themselves informed as per any changes in the Terms & Conditions stated for this contest.
** No responsibility can be accepted by Trails of India for entries not received for whatsoever reason.
** All entries and/or submissions will not be returned to the participants, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
** Prizes given are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prize.
