KXIP Crazy Fan Contest:

The “KXIP crazy Fan contest” (Hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is organized and administered by Gandharv Events.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
This Contest is valid for those Participants who participates in the Contest. The Participants who subscribes for the Contest during the Contest Period shall be eligible to participate in this Contest without paying any subscription or entry fee for participating in the Contest.

This Contest is valid for the Participants who fulfils the below mentioned criteria and confirm that he/she is:
** Of or above 15 years of age.
** A citizen of India.
** Has neither been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor are of an unsound mind.
** Is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** Participant must belong to the cities mentioned above only.

To Participate in the Contest:
** The participant will be required to take his/her mimicry video at the stall put up at a select atrium of stadium for each of home matches at Hyderabad respectively.
** The video would be assessed by Organisers post each match on the basis of following criteria and select the top 3 mimicry video for each match out of the maximum 500 video per match.

The criteria for assessing the winners are as under:
** Best mimicry video (for select KXIP players)
** Use of Cricket gear (provided at the stall)

Gratification(s):
** At the end of the Contest Period, 3 (three) top video per match shall be selected by the Organisers as those eligible for Gratification(s).
** The Gratification(s) will be sponsored by IDEA.
** The winners will have to collect the match tickets from Idea’s regional office.

Terms & Conditions :
** The winners will be contacted, through email, for 3 consecutive days, and will be given further details as to how, when and where they can redeem their respective Gratification(s).
** This Contest is being made purely on a “best mimicry video” basis and participation of eligible Participants is voluntary, and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
** All disputes must be addressed by the Participant in writing to Idea directly.
** Participants can email at ideacellularltd@gmail.com in case of any issues or complaint with respect to this Contest.
** The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all copyright and trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content/website and all material or content related to the Contest shall remain, at all times, owned by the Organisers / their respective owners.
** All material and content contained in this website is made available for your personal and non-commercial use only.
** Any other use of the material/ content on this website and/ or any information disseminated by SMS or any other means of communication is strictly prohibited.
** Idea/Gandharv Events is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being given as Gratification(s) nor is it liable for any defect in the goods/services so obtained/availed, by the Participants under this Contest.
** Gandharv Events is also not liable for any defect in the Gratification(s) so given or availed, by the Participants under this Contest.
** The Gratification(s) under the Contest is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.
** All the Gratification(s) shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific Gratification(s) and shall have to be duly complied with by the participants.
** The Organisers, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute Gratification(s) of equal or greater value at any time. However, there will be no cash alternative.
** All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the Gratification(s), if any, shall be exclusively borne by the Participant, including but not limited to TDS, Gift tax (if any), Road Tax, Insurance and any other taxes applicable by the Central, State or Municipal government.
