Cover The Cover With Camlin Colours Contest 2015 :

1.The following terms and conditions shall only be applicable to the promotional activity Camlin presents Tinkle New Writer’s Hunt (“Promotional Activity”) undertaken by Amar Chitra Katha Private Limited (“Amar Chitra Katha”) for the Octoberedition of its monthly magazine Tinkle (“Tinkle”).

2.The Promotional Activity is open for resident Indian nationals only.

3.This Promotional Activity is strictly governed by the laws of India including the Privacy Laws of India.

4.The participants must have attained the age of 4 to 14 years to participate in the Promotional Activity.

5.Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of Amar Chitra Katha and / orKokuyo Camlin Limitedand any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Promotional Activity in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Promotional Activity.

6.Participants must provide the correct answers to the questions to participate in the Promotional Activity.

7.There is no entry fee required to participate in the Promotional Activity.

8.The Promotional Activity shall be open for participation commencing from 9.00 AM (Indian Standard Time) on 1 February 2015and ending at10 P.M. (Indian Standard Time) on 31 December 2015..

9.At the end of every week, Amar Chitra Kathashall at its sole discretion select participants (“Selected Participants”) who have sent the correct entries as per the instructions and terms and conditions. Such selected participants shall be given a chance to win tablets and many more prizes.

10. Amar Chitra Katha shall arrange to send the gifts to the winners at their registered address.

11.No cash / cash equivalents shall be provided in lieu of the prizes. TDS shall be recovered from the Selected Participants on the prize amount in the event it is applicable.

12.Camlinand Amar Chitra Kathashall not be responsible for any technical disruption and/or failure/ server problems and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the participant is unable to participate in the Promotional Activity.

13.Amar Chitra Kathareserves the right to disqualify any participant from participating in the Promotional Activity without assigning any reason. The decision of Amar Chitra Kathain this regard shall be final and binding upon the participants.

14.The names of the Selected Participants shall be declared on the website www.tinkleonline.com

15.The participants will need to provide their name, mobile number, address and email ID (“Personal Identifiable Information”). The Personal Identifiable Information is requested to identify the Selected Participants, inform them and select the winner. Save and except for the Selected Participants, Personal Identifiable Information is not retained by Amar Chitra Katha and Camlinand its agencies under any circumstances and is deleted from all of our records within forty five (45) days of completion of the Promotional Activity, and declaration of Prizes.

16.Amar Chitra Kathaand / or its representatives shall contact the Selected Participants on the mobile number submitted at the time of participating in the Promotional Activity. Amar ChitraKathaand/or its representatives shall make a maximum of 2 attempts within 24 hours to contact the Selected Participants on his/her mobile number. In the event, Amar Chitra Katha and/or its representatives are not able to establish successful contact with the Selected Participants (i.e. in case the mobile number is switched off, busy is not answered), thatSelected Participant shall not be considered for thePrize.

17.Upon successful contact with the Selected Participant, the Selected Participant shall be required to email his/her mailing address and any document that may be required by Camlinat its discretion within forty eight (48) hours of contacting the Selected Participant. In the event, the Selected Participant fails to provide the required information in the stipulated time,such Selected Participant shall not be eligible to receive the Prize.

18.Participants acknowledge that they will not hold liableAmar Chitra Katha and/orCamlin and/or any of its affiliates or agencies engaged by them with regard to this Promotional Activity and/or for any loss or opportunity, monetary loss due to their participation in the Promotional Activity.

19.Amar Chitra Kathareserves all rights to make amendments to the existing terms and conditions contained herein at any time without prior notice.

20.Amar Chitra Kathais not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information provided in the Promotional Activity is provided “As is” without warranty of any kind. Camlin makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the participants and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

21.Under no circumstance, unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence, shall Amar Chitra Katha, Camlinand/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the participant and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if Amar Chitra Katha/Camlin has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The participant specifically agrees not to file in person/through any family member and/or any third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India or elsewhere against Amar Chitra Katha/Camlin and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries to claim any damages or relief in connection with the Promotional Activity.

22.The Promotional Activity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the Promotional Activity are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.

23.Your participation in the Promotional Activityby sharing the responses shall be construed as an acceptance of the aforementionedterms and conditions.
