Terms & Conditions :
1.The #SpiceJetSummerContest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by SpiceJet Limited (the “Company”) and is open to all the citizens of India, except for the employees of SpiceJet, their immediate family members, Company’s affiliates and/ or those related to the agency(ies) involved in whatever manner in connection with this Contest.

2. The contest is open for participation on Facebook and Twitter from 1100 hours on 2nd May, 2016 until 2359 hours on 4th May, 2016 (“Contest Period”), post which no participation shall be considered as eligible.
3. To enter the contest, one needs to answer creatively and get “Likes”/Retweets on the answers on all the contest days (2nd May, 2016- 4th May, 2016).
4. A panel of SpiceJet officials shall pick one (03) winners at the end of the Contest Period, who will win exciting prizes.
5. The winner of the Contest will be announced after the duration of the contest on SpiceJet’s official Facebook & Twitter page.
6. The prizes won under this Contest are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be clubbed with any other offer(s).

7. SpiceJet’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. SpiceJet reserves the right to use the data submitted by the participants without any further consideration to such person(s) and/ or irrespective of them winning or not winning the Contest.

8. No communication and/ or claims regarding the Contest, its winning criteria and/ or selection procedure shall be entertained.

9. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/ or change any and/ or all of the terms and conditions, made applicable to this Contest, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/ or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.

10. Any disputes arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
