#Fantastic4onStarMovies Contest:

The following are the terms and conditions governing the “#Fantastic4onStarMovies” contest (“Contest”) hosted by Star India Private Limited (“Star India”) for the promotion of” the film “Fantastic Four (2015) (“Film”)”) on Star Movies SD and HD (“Channel”) from 1:00 pm to 3:15 pm on May 15th , 2016.

The contest shall be held on Star Movies India Twitter profile at the URL twitter.com/starmoviesindia (“Twitter Page”) with the @StarMoviesIndia handle (“Twitter Handle”) on May 15th, 2016. The contest invites interested person’s to participate in the Contest by tweeting using the hashtag “#Fantastic4onStarMovies” (“Hashtag”) and following all required mandates herein below (“Participant(s))”.

The Contest shall commence on May 15th, 2016 at 12:00 pm Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and will end on May 15th, 2016 at 3:00 pm IST (“Contest Period/Period”).

Principle Rules:

1. To participate in the Contest the Participant(s) shall follow the procedure as detailed below:
a) Participant(s) must be citizens of India and of 18 (eighteen) years of age or above at the start date of the Contest Period. The Participant(s) should not have criminal conviction or an arrangement or a contract that prevents the Participant(s) from participating in the Contest.

b) Employees of and/or consultants of and/or persons hired on contract by Star India and the members of their immediate family members are ineligible from participating in the Contest.

c) All Participant(s) must have a valid Twitter account to be eligible to participate in the Contest. For the sake of clarity, it is hereby agreed to and confirmed by the Participant(s) that the same does not include a Twitter account opened and operated by a family member and/or friend of the Participant(s).

d) The Process of the Contest:
i. Participant(s) are required to answer all five (05) subjective questions and one (01) objective question posted during the contest using the Hashtag and tagging the Twitter Handle as displayed on the Twitter Page (“Entry/Entries”).
ii. Entries submitted without the Hashtag and tagging the Twitter Handle shall be considered null and void.

e) For the avoidance of doubt, for the purpose of calculation of the time period taken by the Participant(s) to publish an Entry, Star India shall rely on the time stamp of such Entry. Star India’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

f) It is the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to ensure that the Entry submitted does not infringe the rights of any third party including rights in any intellectual property and shall be original in form. Duplicate Entries and/or two or more identical Entries shall be disqualified from the Contest.

g) The Participant(s) shall ensure that the Entry is decent and is not immoral, defamatory, abusive, offensive, insensitive, libelous or blasphemous to any person, religious sect or section of the society, defamatory of any person deceased or alive, etc.
h) Each Participant shall follow the Twitter Handle. Failure to comply with the same shall render the Participant(s) Entry invalid.

i) Each Entry shall be judged inter alia, on the basis of the most tweets sent and the most creative answer to the subjective question given its relevancy to the Contest, its originality, uniqueness, innovativeness, quality of writing and creativity. The decision of Star India is final and binding in this regard.

j) At the end of the Contest Period, out of all the Entry/ies received within the Contest Period, Four (4) Participant(s) whose Entries are valid and compliant on the aforesaid parameters and shall be randomly selected vide the randomizer shall be eligible to win the Contest (“Shortlisted Participant(s)”).

Such Participant(s) from the Shortlisted Participant(s) who fulfill all of the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions including submitting of valid Documents (defined herein below) to the satisfaction of Star India shall be entitled to win.

2. The Shortlisted Participant(s) will be contacted via Direct Message (“Private Message”) to provide their name, age, email id and phone number (“Contact Details”) to hello@startv.com within 24 hours of such Private Message. In the event any Shortlisted Participant(s) fails to submit their details their Entry shall be invalidated.

3. Upon receipt of the Contact Details, Star India shall contact the Shortlisted Participants via email to submit (including but not limited to) scanned copies of their identity proof, age proof and address proof (eg. Birth Certificate, 10th Class leaving Certificate/ School certificate/ passport/any other valid ID for verification) (“Documents”) within 24 (twenty four) hours of such email.

In the event, any Shortlisted Participant(s) fails to submit the Documents his/her participation shall be invalidated and shall forfeit his/her chance to win the Prize. It is clarified that Star India shall not be obligated to shortlist another Participant(s) in place of such forfeited Participant(s) and such decision shall be final and binding.

4. Star India shall make only one (1) attempt to reach the Shortlisted Participants. In case such Shortlisted Participant(s) fails to revert, his/her selection shall be invalidated and Star India shall not be liable to such Shortlisted Participant(s) in any manner whatsoever.
