Mazboot Premier League Contest:

1. JK Lakshmi Cement, (hereinafter referred to as “JKLC”) is holding a T20 League activity called Mazboot Premier League, 2016 and is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law. This campaign will be managed and run by its officially appointed Digital Agency.

2. The activity is valid for Indian Residents who are 18 years or above.
3. The activity will begin on 25th April 2016 and will end on 29th May 2016
4. To participate in this activity, the participant is required to visit the JKLC Facebook page, like the page and follow the steps as stated in the contest announcement post.
5. Participant can send in multiple entries. Entries will in no way impact the T20 League.
6. Use of the #MazbootTeam, #MazbootPlayer and #MPL2016 is mandatory for all submissions, as required.
7. JKLC reserves the right to pull out any entry during any given point of the activity period if deemed inappropriate.
8. Participating in the activity implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions.
9. After the activity period, random lucky winners will be selected and they would win personalized gifts.
10. The random lucky winners will be informed about the prize via Facebook.
11. In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required or fails to provide proper contact details, the winner shall forfeit their Prize.

12. Entries should not (i) contain any inappropriate, harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable or offensive language or content; or (ii) should not violate the rights of any party; or (iii) contain anything which, if published, would adversely affect the reputation of JKLC.

13. This activity is in no way cosponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. The participant is providing their information to JKLC and its Digital Agency and not to Facebook. By participating in the Activity, the participant hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the user on Facebook by JKLC and/or its event management company for the purpose of this Activity.

Further, JKLC shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the participants including promotion of any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by it. We also reserve the right to pull out an entry if deemed inappropriate.

14. The participation in the activity is voluntary. Participation in this activity constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this activity, participant agrees to receive communication(s) from JKLC relating to the activity and participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against JKLC company in this respect.
