Ninth CII Regional & National Competition On Lean Six Sigma 2015:
The CII Institute of Quality is pleased to announce its 9th National Competition on Six Sigma. Like every year the competition is being conducted in TWO phases, one at the regional level and the shortlisted entries competing at the National level. From inception in 2007 CII IQ SS competition has brought together some of the best in class work done by the industry and provided a platform for sharing and learning.

From this year, CII has enhanced its reach on Lean Six Sigma and have trained over 500 professionals at various levels starting from awareness to advanced level. CII IQ is also working closely with member organizations to deliver transformational results using Lean Six Sigma Approach. The capability building effort clubbed with mentoring and hand holding during projects helps organizations to build a sustained environment for improvement.

Project Selection Criteria:
The projects will be judged by Jury members who are practicing leaders in the industry using rating criteria as enclosed. The top three projects Winner, 1st Runner Up and 2nd Runner Up will be awarded with trophies. Each of the participating team in the national round will receive a certificate of participation. Project submission criteria, Project Categories, Project selecting criteria, Project Presention criteria for regional level and National level is attached

Programme Objectives:
To share the best in class projects which have delivered transformational value to the organization
** To Learn the best practices through the successful case studies
** Provide a platform to professional from the field to interact with six sigma practitioners
** To understand how various tools, techniques and approaches were leveraged by companies in different scenarios

Confirmation of Nomination 14th August 2015

National Level Competition 9-10 October 2015

Registration Fees:
Presenting Companies INR 25,000 + 14% tax (for 3 participants)
Additional Participant INR 4000 + 14% tax (Per Participant)
Non-Presenting Companies INR 5000 + 14% tax (Per Participant)
Projects from Small Scale Members INR 15,000 + 14% tax (for 3 participants)
Students INR 2000 + 14% tax

Delegate fee is non-refundable, however changes in nomination is possible. Prior registration is a must. Payment can be made by cheque /DD in favor of CII Institute of Quality payable at Bangalore

Masterclass
This year we are also introducing a One Day Master Class on Advanced Analytics for Six Sigma and Lean Professional. This will be on 8th Oct 2015 in Bangalore and the nomination fee for companies participating in SS completion will be Rs 10K + Taxes per participant.
