Browse SC “*123#” & Win Contest :

** This CONTEST (“Contest”) is open only to Indian citizens residing in India, aged 18 years or above, who are existing and valid mobile “Subscribers” of IDEA CELLULAR LCOMVIVATED (“IDEA”) MPCG circle, as per established norms and guidelines of the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India.

** The Contest is neither open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA and COMVIVA nor their relatives.
** The Contest shall run between 20 May 16 to 19 June 2016
** The Contest is valid only in IDEA- MPCG Telecom Circle.
** To participate in Contest and Win Prizes(Please Refer Point 6 for detail of Prizes and criteria) the IDEA users need to dial Short code *123# (Toll Free) and consume/purchase/buy/take the content.
** On every content consumption subscriber will get points and maximum point earner will get the prize as per criteria mention in point
** Subscriber will earn 5 points on each content consumption which is configured on *123#.

Type of content and charging detail as follow:
** Text Pack:- Rs 3/sms
** Pic Messges:- Rs8/pic
** Ring Tone :- Rs10/ring tone

Prizes :

Prizes for the eligible winners will be as follows:

** In case same user Consumes/purchases/buy/take Content multiple times it will result in cumulative total of Points resulting from all Consumes/purchases/buy/take.
** The winner/s shall be intimated daily by Idea/Comviva, by way of telephonic call and SMS, on confirmation of the list of winners.
** Neither IDEA nor COMVIVA will entertain any requests for exchange in lieu of the prize/s.
** The prize/s of the Contest will be given only to the winner/s in whose name the mobile phone number is registered. The winner needs to be an active IDEA Subscriber at the time of receipt of prize/s.

Neither IDEA nor COMVIVA will be responsible for any loss, damage, claimed/demanded by the subscribers due to any of the following reasons:-
** Users is unable to dial / browse contest short code (*123#)
** User is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the Contest
** User is unable to understand the process of participation or is unable to participate in the Contest;
** User is declared as a winner but is aged less than 18 years of age or is incompetent to enter into a contract;
** Any other reason, event, error or incidence not within the control of IDEA / COMVIVA
** Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winner/s or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against COMVIVA or IDEA.

** The prize/s shall be subject to the laws of India, including all the tax laws. All applicable regulatory and statutory duties, cess, surcharges, taxes (including TDS), insurances, transfer fees, registration fees etc. that may be applicable to avail/use the prize/s will be borne by the winner.

** IDEA and/or COMVIVA shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations contained herein, caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terrorist attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

** IDEA and/or COMVIVA shall not be liable for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, circular, notification, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control.

** The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance / cancellation as soon as possible, through the IDEA website. COMVIVA shall not be liable for any loss or damage or any third party claims, arising as a result of any cancellation of the Contest for any reasons whatsoever that are not attributable to Comviva’s act or omission.

** Neither IDEA nor COMVIVA shall be responsible if the user is unable to participate in the Contest due to network failure, network congestion, network unavailability or any such technical issues faced by the user.
