** This Contest is being conducted by Entertainment Networks India Ltd (“Contest Organiser” / “Company”) on behalf of Carlsberg India Pvt. Ltd. from 1:00PM on the 8th day of May 2016 to 11:59 PM on the 25th day of May 2016 (“Contest Period”) and Carlsberg India Pvt Ltd (“CIPL”/Carlsberg) is associated with the Contest Organiser for the Contest.

** All Indian Nationals, who are residents of Mumbai and above 21 years of age as on date of participation, are eligible to participate in this Contest, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, which will be presumed to have been accepted by him/her.
** Entries received before or after the start and end date of the Contest Period would not be considered for the Contest.

** By participating in the Contest, the participants get an opportunity to Party with BADSHAH on 27th May 2016 in Mumbai (Event). Subject to the terms and conditions, the Winner of Contest will be eligible to be a part of the entourage of Badshah on 27th May 2016 in Mumbai for 3 party destinations. (Prize/ Contest Prize).

** The registered entries received in the Contest will be adjudged by a panel of expert judges appointed by the Contest Organiser. The entries will be judged solely on the basis the creative content and its music appeal. Out of the total entries received in the Contest __12__ entries will be selected as successful every week (Winner).

** Contest Organiser or Carlsberg does not have any discretion, choice or hand in the selection process. The decision of declaring the winners and other terms and conditions lies solely with Contest Organizer.

During the Contest Period the registered entries will be assessed in the following cycle for deciding on the Winner:

Winners will be contacted at the email address provided by them. If the winner does not respond in 24 hours, then the next winner will be contacted. Contest Organiser may also contact over mobile number provided by the participant.
