Please note no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this competition and any purchases made will not increase your chances of winning. This competition is open to nationals of each Participating Country and the winner (and their guests) will be required to provide proof of nationality.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Promoter:
The promoter is Travelmob Pte Ltd (“The Promoter” “we”)

2. The Competition:
2.1 The competition is to win a trip to Paris, France for up to 6 people, including:
(a) ONE night’s accommodation in the Eiffel Tower Apartment (as defined below) in the Eiffel Tower, Paris checking in on 8 July 2016 and checking out on 9 July 2016; and
(b) Evening meal and breakfast (on an “eat in basis”) in the Eiffel Tower Apartment; and;
(c) 3 additional nights’ accommodation in Paris, France; and
(d) the costs of economy air transport to and from Paris, France, (the “Prize”).

2.2 The person selected in accordance with these terms and conditions as the winner of this competition (“the Winner”) may take up to 5 members of their family (adults and related children) and/or friends with them (“Family Unit”).

2.3 To enter the competition you will need to:
(a) Be a national of Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, Japan or Vietnam (the “Participating Countries”), be over the age of 18 on 19th May 2016 and otherwise satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in clause 4 below;
(b) go to the a competition landing page on a participating Asian HomeAway site
(c) answer the following question “what would you do if the Eiffel Tower Apartment was all yours for the night?” in up to 140 characters;
(d) provide us with your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth and nationality (phone number is required, but will be used to contact the winner);
(e) indicate your acceptance to the competition terms and conditions, confirm you are over 18 and also agree to accept offers and news from the Promoter; and
(f) Press “enter”.

3. How To Enter:
3.1 The competition will run from 20 May 2016 (the “Opening Date”) to 11.59pm (Singapore time) on the 5th June 2016 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 11.59pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 As a condition of your entry, we may verify the details you have provided to us are complete, correct and accurate (and we reserve the right to not enter any entry or to disqualify any entry in our discretion without the need to notify the entrant or enter into the any further correspondence).
3.4 No purchase is required to enter the competition (and there is no charge to register for use of our website).

3.5 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, incomplete, inaccurate, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

3.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.7 Entries will be judged according to merit by the Promoter who will select the most apt and original answer to the question (in the judge’s absolute discretion). The Winner will be selected by the Promoter, at the Promoter’s premises, on or around 7 June 2016. The decision of the Promoter will be final.

4. Eligibility:
4.1 The competition is open to a Family Unit of nationals of a Participating Country, but is not available to:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you (and all members of your Family Unit) are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize on behalf of yourself and your Family Unit should you be selected as a Winner.

4.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals;
(e) incomplete; or

(f) otherwise unacceptable in Promoter’s opinion.

4.4 There is a limit of one entry per person (so that different members of the same Family Unit who satisfy the eligibility criteria may enter). Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

5. The Prize:
5.1 The Prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink (unless specified), spending money, tax or any other costs or expenses, which remain the responsibility of the Winner. Any other costs or expenses incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.

5.2 The Promoter will contact the Winner to finalize the names and details of each member of the Family Unit and arrange suitable flights.
5.3 The Winner is responsible for ensuring that you and each person in your Family Unit is eligible and available to travel and stay and holds a valid passport, any necessary visa and travel document for the travel in question, on the travel dates specified.

5.4 The Winner is responsible for the payment of any taxes (including withholding taxes) arising out or in connection with the competition or the Prize. The exact value of the Prize is dependant on the location of the Winner, but may be in excess of 10,000 USD.
