#MomentsOfLove Instagram Contest Terms & Conditions :

1. The ‘#MomentsOfLove’ contest is open to residents (hereafter referred to as “Participant(s)”) of India, only.

2. How to Participate- Participants are required to upload an image on Instagram of the moment they realised they had found their true love, along with a short description of the moment, in 140 characters or less. · Participants must include the contest hashtag “#MomentsOfLove” and tag @TruePlatinum950 in all their entries, to be eligible to win

3. This contest is open from 27th May 2016 to 8th June 2016.
4. The gratification – All participants are eligible to receive a special Platinum gift (frame or fridge magnet). To claim their prize, participants have to visit their nearest Platinum retailer and show them proof of their entry. · On purchase of jewellery at the store, they also stand a chance to win a couples photoshoot (with WeddingSutra)

5. Platinum Guild India reserves the right to suspend, shorten, modify, extend or cancel the contest or any terms & conditions of this Contest at its sole discretion at any time.
6. The redemption of the prize is subject to availability at the store.
7. The Prize is non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash.
8. Platinum Guild India reserves the right to remove, refuse or cancel any posted entry/ answer or any access to any Participant without any reason whatsoever.
9. Contest is subject to force majeure events and situations beyond the control of Platinum Guild India and/or its affiliates.
10. Participants agree to the use of their entry text/pictures for such use by Platinum Guild India on various digital media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email etc. without any extra / additional compensation.
11. Employees of Platinum Guild India as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.
12. Participation in the said contest is purely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the person / individual participating in the contest. Participant agrees that he / she has read /understood and is bound by the terms and conditions set out herein.
13. The terms of these rules and regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
