Fanzoop Bollywood Fanpoll #1 Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. The Fanzoop Bollywood Fanpoll #1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by Yaak Universal Communications Pvt. Ltd. and is open to all the citizens of India, except for the employees of Fanzoop, their immediate family members, Company’s affiliates and/ or those related to the agency (ies) involved in whatever manner in connection with this Contest.

2. The contest is open for participation on Fanzoop.com from 1400 hours IST on 17 May, 2016 until 2359 hours IST on 31st May, 2016 (“Contest Period”), post which no participation shall be considered as eligible.
3. To enter the contest, one needs to post a Comment by visiting this zoop fanzoop.com/post/12317 on Fanzoop.com itself. (17 May, 2016- 31 may, 2016).
4. A panel of Fanzoop officials shall pick two (10) winners at the end of the Contest Period, who will win Gift vouchers
5. The winners of the Contest will be announced after the duration of the contest on Fanzoop’s official Facebook page.
6. The prizes won under this Contest are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be clubbed with any other offer(s).

7. Fanzoop’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. Fanzoop reserves the right to use the data submitted by the participants without any further consideration to such person(s) and/ or irrespective of them winning or not winning the Contest.

8. No communication and/ or claims regarding the Contest, its winning criteria and/ or selection procedure shall be entertained.
9. Fanzoop reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/ or change any and/ or all of the terms and conditions, made applicable to this Contest, at any time without prior notice. Fanzoop also reserves the right to withdraw and/ or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
10. Any disputes arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

13. The contest is valid only for participants between ages 18 and 30.
