#FunWithU Contest Terms:

1. “#FunWithU contest”, (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is conceptualized, organized and hosted by Vodafone India Limited.

2. The Contest is open only on 2nd June 2016 03:00 pm to 4th June 2016 06:00 pm Vodafone U reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest period, as it deems fit without any prior written notice to its subscribers.

3. The Contest is open for any person, who is a Vodafone U Subscriber (except in circles of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Jammu & Kashmir) can enter the contest.

4. Eligibility Criteria:
This Contest is open for participants who fulfil the following criteria:
** Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age;
** Subscriber must be a resident of India;
** Subscriber must not have been subject of any criminal proceeding;
** Subscriber must not – be of an unsound mind; and
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person and the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.

Also, by participating in this Contest, You:
** Agree to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below and give your consent for the same;
** Agree that you are entering into this Contest as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between you and Vodafone U and you are acting voluntarily, using your own time and resources to participate in this Contest, solely at your own risk;
** Warrant that you have read understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions;
** Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that you have submitted; and
** Warrant that prior to subscribing to the Contest, it shall be deemed that you have read and have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and the terms and conditions of the Contest.

5. Contest Process:
To participate in this contest the participant needs to ‘Reply with the lyrics of a song that best suits the given situation’ in comment/tweet using #FunWithU’. The best entries get a chance to win a Vodafone U goodies.

Competition Dates: Start Date: 2nd June 2016 End Date: 4th June 2016

Awards:
** By participating in the Contest the participant merely becomes eligible to win an award.
** Vodafone U reserves the right to change the awards to be awarded to the winners.
** Winner will be decided basis above mentioned method by Vodafone U. Vodafone U will have an absolute and sole discretion to choose the winner. The participant shall be bound by the decision taken by Vodafone U & shall not raise any dispute in this regard in any manner whatsoever.
** The winner will be announced on the official Vodafone U Facebook page, Vodafone U Twitter handle and Vodafone U Instagram page.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
** Vodafone U reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these terms and conditions without notice.
** The winner of the Contest will be notified on the Vodafone U Facebook page, Vodafone U Twitter handle and Vodafone U Instagram page. If the winner does not claim the award within 10 days of notification, Vodafone U reserves the right to withdraw the award and the winner of the Contest shall not be entitled to claim the award for any reason whatsoever.
** Vodafone U’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The Contest and its terms and conditions will be governed by Laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
