Moot Court Competition :
NIRC of ICSI is organizing Regional Round of 14th All India Moot Court Competition for students on 18th July, 2016 at 2.30 PM at ICSI-NIRC Building.

The winning team of the Regional Round will participate in the National level Competition to be organized by Pune Chapter of WIRC on Saturday, 30th July 2016 at Pune.
It will be a three tier programme:
** Chapter Level
** Regional Level
** National Level
Rules for the Competition:
Eligibility:
** Only to registered students of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Students who have appeared for the CS / Law final examinations and results not declared are also eligible to participate.
** Students, who have passed professional level examinations, completed Law, Practicing Advocates; Chartered Accountants & Cost Accountants courses are not eligible to participate. Detailed rules and case laws for Moot Court Competition is also annexed
Team Composition:
Each team shall consist of minimum 2 and maximum of 4 members. This number cannot be modified under any circumstances.
Time allocated:
40 minutes time will be allocated to each team to present their case
Language: English
Preliminary round:
Preliminary Round will be organized for students who are directly participating at Delhi RO on 18th July, 2016 at 10.00 AM at ICSI-NIRC Building.
Registration Procedure :
Interested students may register themselves by depositing Memorials (soft copy also) alongwith Registration Form in hard before 15th July, 2016 to Mr. Himanshu Sharma at
ICSI-NIRC Building,
