#MomentOnMotoG4Plus Contest :

“#MomentOnMotoG4Plus”, henceforth referred to as the “contest”, is hosted by ‘Motorola India’, a business unit of Motorola Mobility LLC. On Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Any participation in this regard is voluntary.

One lucky participant will be declared from the entries received on our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram platforms and will get the MotoG4 Plus

1. To participate in the contest, each participant needs to adhere to the following:-
Give out the best caption for the snaps uploaded by us with the title “caption this”.

Facebook: Caption the uploaded contest picture on the page in the comments section.
Twitter: RT @moto_IND’s tweets with the pictures and caption them as quotes.
Instagram:Repost the picture and caption the same on your profiles, and tag Moto.

2. Using the hashtag ‘#MomentOnMotoG4Plus’ is mandatory.

3. Make sure to tag Motorola India in your contest entry on all our social media platforms.

Conditions for participation:
** The contest is open to all residents of India except the employees and the family members of the organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors /executing agencies and their associate companies. Minors are not allowed to participate in this contest.

** There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
** The contest is open from 1:00 PM on 7th June, 2016 to 11:59 PM on, on 7th June 2016 on Twitter and till 8th June 11:59 PM on Instagram and Facebook, on the respective official Motorola India social media account.
** After 8th June, 11:59 PM, no further entries for the contest will be permitted.
** All entries must be submitted on Motorola India’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram page using #NeverMiss. Entries submitted through any other medium would not be considered for the contest.
** Motorola India reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that are created with respect to this contest.
** The entries would be the intellectual property of Motorola India. The entries are meant to be used by Motorola India for promotional and display purposes, and also for any other use as may be deemed appropriate for the initiative.
** The entries must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
** The participant must be the same person writing the story. Entries found to be plagiarized and in violation of any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 will be disqualified, solely based on the discretion of Motorola India.
** Motorola India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
** Motorola India reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the contest and/ or the Terms & Conditions.
** However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be updated/ posted on various Motorola India platforms (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram).
** It would be the responsibility of the participants to keep themselves informed as per any changes in the Terms & Conditions stated for this contest.
** No responsibility can be accepted by Motorola India for entries not received for whatsoever reason.
** All entries and/or submissions will not be returned to the participants, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
** Prizes given are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prize.

Evaluation Criteria:
** Entries will be judged on the basis of elements of creativity in the responses.
** The decision of Motorola India would be final and binding on all the participants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants for any of the decisions.
** Participants are allowed to make multiple submissions. However, the winner will be eligible to receive only win one prize.
