SONAR BRISTI Scheme:

The SONAR BRISTI  is conceptualized, organized and conducted by Idea Cellular Limited.

The Scheme is open for a limited period from 8 June 2016 ,00:00:01 hours till 05 July 2016, 23:59:59 hours for the active1 pre-paid category of the Idea subscribers (“Subscriber(s)”2) of the West Bengal Circle of Idea telecom service (“Circle”).

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
This Scheme is valid for all active prepaid who fulfill the following criteria:
** He/she must be of or above 18 years of age;
** He/she must be a resident of India;
** He/she must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind;
** He/she must belong to West Bengal Circle;
** He/she must be prepaid customer of Idea;
** He/she must recharge 2G data of Rs. 16/- or Rs. 28/- or Rs. 58/- or Rs. 89/- and
** He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** He/ she must be a Non User of Idea Data in last 90 days (User is defined is <15 MB usage in 90 days).
** The Weekly as well as the Monthly Winner shall collect the Prize form the address as shall be informed by Idea.
** The said Winners shall reach the said address at his own cost
** The said Winners shall produce valid Photo Identity proof and Address Identity proof in original at time of collection of the Prize.

Gratifications and selection:
Weekly Gratification:
The selection for the Weekly Gratification will be conducted as per the Weekly Schedule  mentioned below. Only those Subscribers will be eligible for the Scheme has recharged 2G data of Rs. 16/- or Rs. 28/- or Rs. 58/- or Rs. 89/- during every week as per the Weekly Schedule . One winner Per week will win 1 gm Gold Coin.

Monthly Gratification:
The selection for the Monthly Gratification will be conducted at the end of every 30 days, as per the Monthly Schedule given below, from the beginning of the scheduled date till the end of the scheduled date for each 30 day period, both days inclusive.

Only those Subscribers will be eligible for the Scheme who has recharged 2G data of Rs. 16/- or Rs. 28/- or Rs. 58/- or Rs. 89/- during the entire 30 days Monthly Schedule. One winner Per month will win 5 gm Gold Coin

Terms & Conditions:

** All gratifications will be given after deducting various taxes, license fees and charges as applicable.
** All incidental costs, taxes or levies related to the gratification(s), if any, shall be exclusively borne by Idea, including but not limited to TDS, gift tax (if any), Insurance and any other taxes applicable by the Central, State or Municipal government.
** Any gratification of value in excess of INR 10,000/- in a year will attract deduction of tax at source and all taxes to be paid on the gratification/s shall be paid by Idea at the prevailing rate.
** The list of the Winners of the gratification will be published on the Website

** The gratification shall be handed over by representatives of Idea on receipt of all the documents from the Winner required to process the distribution of the gratification. This Scheme including the gratification cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.

** This Scheme is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers (“Force Majeure Event”).

** The Organisers shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to this Scheme thereunder as a result of a Force Majeure Event. The Organisers shall intimate the suspension of the Scheme caused as a result of such Force Majeure Event to the Subscribers within reasonable time.

** The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form.
** This Scheme is subject to guidelines/ directions issued by the Department of Telecommunications (“DoT”), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (“TRAI”) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
