29th Quality Circle Competition:

** We are pleased to inform you that Delhi State Office of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing a Preliminary Contest for the 29th Quality Circle Competition on 30 September 2016 at the India Habitat Centre, Lodi Road, New Delhi.

** Quality Circles play a very important role in involving a wide cross section of employees in an organization for improving quality within an organization through participation.
** Delhi State Office of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing a Preliminary Contest for the 29th Quality Circle Competition on 30 September 2016 at the India Habitat Centre, Lodi Road, New Delhi.
** The Competition includes presentations by Quality Circle teams. The top two teams from the Preliminary Contests would then compete at the Regional Final, which will be held in December 2016.

Benefits:
** Quality Circles play a very important role in involving a wide cross section of employees in an organization for improving quality within an organization through participation.
** Chief Executives would benefit from this opportunity by getting an insight into some outstanding examples of Quality Circles and also the various aspects and role of Quality Circle activities.
** Senior Managers would understand how to promote and encourage Quality Circle movement within their organization. They would get an opportunity to explore ideas and views with the facilitators and trainers of the participating circles as well as other delegates.
** Workmen at the shop-floor level would benefit from the exposure to the concept of Quality Circle activity as practiced in other units.
** This would provide a unique opportunity to motivate workers to exchange ideas, views and share experiences on Quality Circles and various approaches to problem solving.

Participation Fee:
** For Quality Circles – Rs 15,000/- per Circle
** For Delegates – Rs 2,500/- per Participant

(Service Tax @ 14.5% extra)
