By entering the contest all participants accept and agree to the terms and conditions. Nonacceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the scheme

Entry Instructions:
Step 1: ‘Like’ Godrej Nature’s Basket’s Facebook page or ‘Follow’ on Twitter (@naturesbasket)
Step 2: Anyone participating in the contest needs to use #SummerCoolerFest
Step 3: Contestants who follow the above 2 rules will be eligible to participate
Step 4: The contestant has to answer a series of questions posted by the brand throughout the day.

Important:
1. Contestants can submit multiple entries. However, number of entries is not a criterion for participation or selecting winners
2. Contestants must answer all questions posted by the brand, at least once
3. Entries will be chosen basis their uniqueness, articulation and reasoning applied. These entries will be used in a Lucky Draw conducted by Godrej Nature’s Basket.
4. One winner will be declared as a result of the Lucky Draw across both social platforms
5. The winner(s) will be announced on Godrej Nature’s Basket’s Twitter & Facebook page
6. Godrej Nature’s Basket will not be held responsible for any discrepancies

Terms & Conditions:
1. The free to enter promotional contest (“SummerCoolerFest”) herein after referred to as “contest” is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years and above except employees of Godrej Nature’s Basket, its agencies and their families.
2. The contest is hosted on the Godrej Nature’s Basket Twitter & Facebook page.
** The contest is only open to residents in these cities, namely: Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad
** The decision and declaration of valid entry of participation will be at the sole discretion of Godrej Nature’s Basket only. No communication, written/verbal regarding the same will be entertained by Godrej Nature’s Basket.
** 2 lucky winner across Facebook & Twitter each stands a chance to win gift card worth Rs. 1000/-
** The winners will be notified by DM (Direct Message) on Twitter, or in comments on Facebook by Godrej Nature’s Basket
** Godrej Nature’s Basket will not be responsible for the travelling expenses for the winner(s) to claim his/her prize.

Gratification:
** The Gratification will have to be collected by the winners at the Godrej Nature’s Basket outlets across the 6 cities Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad
** The gratification won is not transferable or exchangeable and in the event that for any reason whatsoever, a gratification becomes unavailable, Godrej Nature’s Basket reserves the right to substitute the gratification with another one.
** The successful winners shall be decided by Godrej Nature’s Basket on its sole discretion.

Note:
** Decision of Godrej Nature’s Basket with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the contest shall be final and binding on the participants.
** Godrej Nature’s Basket reserves the right to change curtail/discontinue/extend the contest or reduce the number of winners without notice.
** Decision of Godrej Nature’s Basket is final in all respects and binding on all participants of the contest and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
** By participating in this contest every participant agrees to allow to use his/her name and/or photograph for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.
** Godrej Nature’s Basket and its agencies reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
