Term:
#HelloHelium Contest (the Contest) begins June 12, 2016 at 12:01:00 a.m. Indian Standard Time (IST) and ends July 12, 2015, 11:59:00 p.m. IST (Term). All entries must be received during the Term of the Contest. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these official rules (Rules). By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to the Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Rules.

Who May Enter:
Contest is open only to individuals who do NOT reside in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. Employees of Helium, and its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) are not eligible.

How To Enter:

1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

2. Each participant in the Contest must download the mobile application titled Helium – A Recommendations Network from the Google Playstore [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.helium.app] or iTunes App Store  (Helium App) and sign-up and upload Posts on the Helium App.

3. Each Participant must upload at least 1 (one) Post on the Helium App and/or re-share the same on Instagram with the hashtag #hellohelium.
4. Each Post uploaded by a participant on the Helium App must comply with the Sponsor’s Terms of Use.

5. Posts uploaded by the participant on the Helium App or re-shared on Instagram must pertain to experiences that fall within the geographical boundaries of New Delhi, India, Mumbai, India, Bengaluru, India or any geographical location within a distance of 300 kilometers from the aforesaid cities.

6. Each participant can submit multiple Posts over the course of the Term of the Contest.
7. Each participant must follow @heliumapp and @tens on the mobile application titled Instagram (available at instagram.com).
8. The Top 10 contributors of Posts (as defined hereinafter) on the Helium App during the Term of the Contest and decided as per the evaluation criterion mentioned hereafter, shall be eligible to win the prize listed in the Contest Prizes section.
9. Posts must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
10. Sponsor reserves the right to examine the original photograph/source material in order to confirm compliance with these rules.

Evaluation:
1. At the end of the Term of the Contest, the Sponsor shall examine each and every entry and pick the Top 10 participants based on what it considers are the most unique and interesting experiences to have been uploaded on Helium. The Top 10 participants in the aforesaid list will be deemed as winners/ Top 10 contributors of the Contest and shall be eligible for the prize listed below in the Contest Prizes section.

2. The term Post for the purposes of these Rules is defined as an entry that is submitted on the Helium App during the Term of the Contest and complies with the Sponsors Terms of Use.

3. The Top 10 contributors of the Contest will be announced on July 12, 2016 by the Sponsor on its social-media channels and the Top 10 contributors will be notified on the email addresses linked to the participants’ user profiles on the Helium App, intimating them about the process for obtaining the Contest Prizes.

4. The evaluation of the Top 10 contributors based on the criteria listed above and as determined by the Sponsor shall be final and binding.

Contest Prizes:
Each of the Top 10 contributors, determined in accordance with the evaluation criteria mentioned above shall be awarded their own pair of Tens Sunglasses
1. The Top 10 contributors will have the option to choose between Classic and Compact variant of Tens sunglasses.

2. Top 10 contributors will have 7 (seven) days to respond to the email notifying them about the Contest Prizes. Once the requisite details sought by Sponsor have been communicated to the Sponsor by an awardee in the Top 10 contributors list via email, the Sponsor shall dispatch whether directly or indirectly the prizes to the Top 10 contributors.

3. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable by winner for cash. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners permitted. If a prize is unavailable, Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize of equal monetary value and/or specification.

4. Non-compliance or return or prize notification as undeliverable by email may result in disqualification and selection of al alternate awardee.
