Paint with Aspira Contest Terms & Conditions

** The Paint with Aspira Contest (“Contest”) is open for Indian nationals above 18 years of age who purchase Asian Paints Royale Aspira (minimum 8 litres) and register the warranty of .the same during the term of the Contest (“Participant”).

** The Contest is open for participation from 1st May, 2016 to 31st July, 2016 (both days included) and is valid for the states of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland and West Bengal only.
** Only one entry per Participant is allowed.
** The Participant is required to register for the Contest by painting with Royale Aspira and registering for the Royale Aspira warranty on our Toll Free helpline – 18002095678.
** Once the warranty is registered, the consumer will get a call back to submit the second part of the entry – Tell us why Asian Paints Royale Aspira is the best paint for you in 100 words or less.
** The instructions for submitting the entry will be given via the call back and an SMS.
** Participants of the Contest will be shortlisted based on the originality, creativity, and merit of their write up.
** A lucky draw will be conducted from the pool of shortlisted Participants. From the Lucky Draw, based on random selection, 11 (Eleven) Participants would be deemed to be winners (“Winners”).
** The Winners will be announced via a dealer letter sent by Asian Paints limited and the winners will be intimated via email or mobile as per company’s policy by 31st March 2017

Prizes of the Paint with Aspira Contest are as follows:

** This offer is independent and cannot be combined with any other offer.
** Asian Paints will not be responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
** Prizes are not transferable under any circumstances whatsoever and cannot be exchanged for cash.
** Employees of Asian Paints Limited, its group companies, joint ventures, its service providers, agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
** Asian Paints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Contest and all aspects thereof, with or without prior notice due to any reason whatsoever.
** To the extent permitted by law, Asian Paints excludes all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) and its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding the winnings.
** Unless Participant has already informed to not to send marketing communication, he/she may receive marketing communications from Asian Paints as a result of participating in the Contest.
** All entries to the Contest become the property of Asian Paints and Asian Paints may use the Participant’s names, addresses and photographs for promotional and marketing and purposes.
** Decision of Asian Paints on all aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding.
** Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest mentioned hereinabove.
** This Contest shall be subject to the prevailing statutory laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
