Trip To Oktoberfest Contest :

The following terms and conditions govern the Cleartrip- Trip to Oktoberfest run by Cleartrip Private Limited hosted by Jasper Infotech Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Snapdeal”).

Eligibility:
** Participants must be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India, 18 years or older at the time of entry, and should be a registered user of the Website, to be eligible to enter.
** Further, the residents of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

How To Participate:
** Any Participant who fulfills the eligibility criteria mentioned hereinabove may participate in the Contest, subject to these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the following process:
** The Contest begins at 00:00 Hrs Indian Standard Time (IST) on 21st June, 2016 and ends at 23:59 Hrs Indian Standard Time (IST) on 23rd June, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”).

** The Participants need to purchase an item (“Order”) with a minimum cumulative cart value of Rs. 999/- from the Headphones & Earphones, Home Audio Systems, and Computer Speakers categories (collectively referred to as “Participating Categories”) through the Participant’s registered account with Snapdeal on the Website during the Contest Period.

** Participants purchasing from the Participating Categories prior to the commencement of the Contest Period or post the Contest Period shall not be considered eligible for the Contest. Further, a Participant who returns the Order as per the Trust Pay Policy of Snapdeal would not be eligible to participate.

** Upon confirmation of Order within the Participating Categories, the Participant will receive a Newsletter containing a link to the questionnaire on the Website. All responses entered until 23:59 Hrs on 25th June, 2016 (referred to as “Contest Entry”) will be considered.

** The Participant needs to login to the shared link with registered account with Snapdeal on the Website and complete their Contest Entry.
** Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the Participant clicks “Submit” on the Website.
** By participating in the Contest, the Participants represent and warrant that the Contest Entry provided by the Participants shall be original, not in breach of any third party rights and shall not defame/offend any person, sect, cast, etc.

** By participating in the Contest, the Participants also represent and warrant that they shall solely be liable for any and all action (criminal/civil) arising there from and shall also be liable to indemnify Snapdeal or Cleartrip, for any loss, claim, dispute, disrepute, disruption caused to it.

** The Participants confirm that the Contest Entry shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, denigrating women, artist, celebrity or children, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence or against the public policy of India or/and the internal policies of Snapdeal or Cleartrip.

** Snapdeal reserves the right to disqualify the Participants immediately from the Contest if Participants have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading details and/or information, of any nature and/or have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of the Terms and Condition herein.

Prize:
One lucky Participant (“Winner”) will be entitled to win the Prize as set out below, subject to the Terms and Conditions imposed herein.

Prize shall be:
Flights & Hotel Stay for up to two persons to Munich, Germany during Oktoberfest (held from 17th Sept- 4th October, 2016)

Winners Announcement:
** A Winner will be randomly selected by an impartial third party from all valid Contest Entries received from the Participants during the Contest Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
** Snapdeal may determine the correctness, and validity of the Contest Entry in its sole discretion. Mere participation and submission of a Contest Entry does not entitle the Participants to win the Prize.
** The name of the winner will be communicated through Registered E-mail ID by 15th July, 2016.
** All decisions Snapdeal in respect of the Contest and the Prizes therein will be final and binding.
