# Myfit100Days Contest 2015:
1. The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the Contest conducted by New Delhi Television Limited (“NDTV”) called Improving Lives (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).

2. Your participation in the Contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate in the Contest. NDTV reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time.

3. This contest will commence on 16th May 2015 and shall end on 24th August 2015.

4. The contest is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only.

5. Employees of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies as well as those companies & their subsidiaries sponsoring the Contest/Contest prizes and their families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Rules Of Participation:
1. The participants need to follow the 100 days fitness regime on NDTV.com/MyFit100Days and then upload pictures after completing their tasks daily.

2. After the completion of the 100-day fitness regime the jury will rank, at their sole discretion the levels of fitness of every individual, on basis of the pictures uploaded. The winners will be decided as per participant’s consistency in the contest during each week of the Contest. The Participants can send more than one photograph to participate in the Contest.

3. 3 winners will be selected everyday and the winners will be classified as Gold, Silver and Bronze winner.

4. These winner will get the following prize, as per the category of their winning:
** Gold winner gets – GoQii band + Reebok merchandise worth Rupees 2,000.
** Silver winner gets—GOQii band+ Reebok merchandise worth Rupees 1,000.
** Bronze winner gets – GOQii band + Reebok voucher worth Rupees 500.

5. The final Bumper Prize will be declared after the completion of 100 days challenge. 5 lucky winners will win tickets to the US Open. The prize will include flight ticket to New York, suitable accommodation in New York and also a ticket to the semi final match.

6. The prize shall be neither transferable nor exchangeable.

7. All personal expenditures that include but are not limited to telephone calls, room service, internet services, use of gym/spa, usage of mini bar, laundry, shopping and beverages other than those offered along with the meals are to be borne by the winner(s

8. The winner(s) will be required to get the necessary travel insurance done.

9. These 5 winners will be solely responsible for obtaining the necessary visa and other travel documents. NDTV or the contest sponsors will not be responsible for the failure of the winner to obtain the necessary travel documents.

10. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to be responsible for all applicable taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

11. Participants acknowledge that the Prize is sponsored and agree that NDTV accepts no responsibility for the quality of the Prize. In case of any problems with the prize the winner will need to contact the sponsor of the prize directly.

12. The participant represent and warrant that:
(i) you own the photograph posted by you on the NDTV website or otherwise have the right to use the photo/entry, (ii) the posting and use of your photo does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person, and (iii) the posting of your photo on the NDTV site does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party

13. By entering the contest, participants grant NDTV a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce and to create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any educational, promotional, publicity, exhibition, archival, and any other standard purposes. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. NDTV will not be required to pay any consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

14. The winner will also be required to send (by post or email) copies of the following documents to NDTV (Identification documents) before being entitled to receive the signed photographs:
** Identity Proof (Driving License/Passport/Ration Card/PAN Card/Voters ID Card etc.)
** Current Address Proof (same as for Identity Proof)
** Copy of PAN

15. This list is indicative and NDTV may require any winner to produce any other document at its discretion in order to confirm his / her identity before the prize is disbursed. The mode and mechanism of the prize disbursal will be communicated to the winner by NDTV.

16. It is the responsibility of winners to ensure their contact details are current and up to date. NDTV accepts no responsibility for Contest Prizes lost due to change of address or contact details, and there are no replacement prizes.

17. NDTV reserves the right to cancel any part or the entire Contest.

18. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle you to win a prize.

19. The Management of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop this Contest at its discretion or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and being liable for any consequential losses/damages.

20. Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by NDTV to conduct further or other schemes/contest.

21. Comments of winners or materials sent to NDTV including feedback and other communications of any kind shall be deemed to be non-confidential. NDTV is free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback and contest entries without limitations or obligation of any kind. NDTV is also free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such feedback for any purpose. NDTV reserves the right to analyze and summarize data that we collect and also reserves the right to publish, distribute, share summaries of the data collected with sponsors or other business partners without limitations or obligations of any kind.

22. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to ensure that they are entitled to participate in this contest as per the applicable law in of the territory where they reside.

23. We are fully committed to following laws related to the collection of data and to our carefully considered policy on data collection. You are required to give us the correct details about yourself and NDTV will not be liable for any damages direct or indirect for any wrong addresses submitted.

24. The decision of NDTV and / or its representatives, employees, directors, officers or agents with respect to the contest, any matter related thereto including the choice of questions or the manner of choosing of winners will be final and binding on all participants and no questions, correspondence, enquiries, etc. on the manner of conduct of the contest from any party whatsoever will be entertained.

25. NDTV reserves the right to cancel or postpone the contest without giving any reason and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation or postponement.

26. By participating in the Contest, you release NDTV and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and others associated with the implementation and/or operation of the Contest, from and against any and all injury, loss, or damage including punitive, incidental, or consequential damages claimed to be caused by your participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.

27. In no event shall NDTV’s liability for any claim made by any participant for any reason exceed Rs. 5000/-.

28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Any dispute including any dispute arising out of all matters with respect to the contest are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi only.
