Procter & Gamble Home Products Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as “P&G”) is introducing a Survey (“Beautiful Hair Survey”), from Jun 22nd 2016 to Jun 30th 2016, as mentioned herein below.

Terms & Conditions:
1. This survey will run Jun 22nd 2016 to Jun 30th 2016.
2. The survey would be open Jun 22nd 2016 at 10:00 AM IST to Jun 30th 2016 at 04:00:00 PM IST.
3. Only Indian Nationals, residing in India, who are above 18 years of age, can participate in the Survey.
4. Purchase of any P&G products is not a condition precedent to participate in the Survey.
5. One can participate in this Survey by Registering on rewardme.in.
6. For participating in the survey ‘Beautiful Hair Survey, individuals need to answer all multiple choice questions.
7. P&G reserves the right to open the Activity through other media including but not limited to TV, print, other electronic media (e.g. Twitter).
8. A person sending a valid entry in the aforesaid manner shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Participant”.
9. P&G makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize, which is an Amazon gift card worth Rs 1000/-.
10. P&G shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be incurred, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of using the prize.
11. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash claim whatsoever can be made in lieu of the prize.
12. The Prize is subject to change without prior notice.
13. P&G may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Survey Period, as it deems necessary.
14. 5 winners, for the duration of the survey, will be entitled to an Amazon gift card worth Rs 1000/- each. The winners will be chosen at random out of the pool of participants who submit a valid entry i.e. have answered all the questions.
15. P&G reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the chosen winners by calling and/or by other means.
16. P&G will have the sole right to disqualify any participant if the entry is found to be spurious without intimating the user.
17. P&G will announce the names of the winners from the pool of participants who submit a valid entry. 5 participants will stand a chance to win an Amazon gift card worth Rs 1000/- each.
18. 5 Winners will be announced on 4th July 2016.
19. If a complaint of not receiving the prize is posted, it will be valid only 4 weeks after the survey has ended
20. The decision of P&G shall be final and the Participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and in no event challenge the same.
21. The winners will be contacted on their mobile number and/ or email addresses provided by them on the Reward Me page. In case any winner does not respond within the prescribed time limit then his/ her opportunity to win the prize shall stand forfeited and an alternative winner will be chosen.
22. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of the P&G to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by P&G to conduct further, similar or other offers in future.
