The following are the Terms and Conditions for the activity ‘Register and go to Rio’. The Contest is sponsored by Huawei Telecommunications (India)

Activity Date & Time:
** The Contest will commence at 3 PM on June 22, 2016 and end at 12PM on June 30, 2016. (“Contest Period”)
** The Sponsor reserves the right to extend the period of the Contest, cancel or suspend it without giving any prior notice to any party.

Who Can Take Part?:
** The Contest is open to residents of India, above the age of 18 years (as on the start of the Contest), must possess a valid Indian passport valid for at least six months from 30 June 2016 and must be allowed to travel outside India without legal guardians. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. (“Participant”)
** Participants must provide a valid email address and must be able to received correspondence from the Sponsor.

** Employees of the Sponsor, their subsidiaries and affiliates, or of other companies associated with the promotion of the activity, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and each of their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
** This Contest is eligible to all users who have registered for the sale of Honor 5C on the Flipkart mobile app, desktop or mobile website, during the Contest Period.

How To Participate?:
** Visit bit.ly/DareToPerform on your desktop or mobile phone and register using valid credentials for the newly-launched honor 5C during the Contest Period. After successful registration, and a completed, successful purchase you can stand a chance to win a trip to Rio.

Winner Selection:
** One person who successfully registers for the sale and purchases the phone on the flash sale day, will be chosen as a winner and will get a chance to travel to Rio.
** The winner will be chosen through a lucky draw from the pool of entries. This will be at the discretion of the Sponsor and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the choice of the Winner and/or the awarding of the prize.
** The Winner will be announced on Honor India Facebook Page on July 13. The Sponsor reserves the right to postpone the winner announcement as it deems fit.

** The winner is required to share the contact details within 48 hours of the winner announcement. The Sponsor reserves the right to re-draw the winner if he/she cannot be contacted within 48 hours (the Sponsor reserves the right to modify the stipulated time at its sole discretion).

** The Sponsor may verify the validity of entries, disqualify any Participant and invalidate or recover prizes issued to a Winner following any breach of these terms and conditions. In such an event, the Sponsor will select an alternative Winner.

** Winners of previous contests conducted by Honor India or its affiliates will not be eligible to win a prize for at least a year from the date of winning a contest. If a person is found to have won more than one contest, he will be disqualified and another winner will be chosen in his place.
