#CarMemories Contest Terms & Conditions :

1.Contest (hereinafter referred to as ‘Contest’) is conducted by CARS24 Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘CARS24.com) having its registered & Corporate office at Plot number 120, Industrial Area, Sector 44 Gurgaon 122002 (Haryana) Before participating in the Contest, please read the terms and conditions given herein.

2. Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence on 8th June 2016 at 3.00 P.M. (for Twitter & Facebook) and concluding at 7 p.m. 8th August 2016, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Term’).

3. Any entry for the Contest before 8th June 2016 (3.00 P.M hours and after 8th August 7.00P.M shall not be entertained and summarily rejected.

4. Eligibility:
(i) Participant(s) must be a citizen of India; residing in India. Residents of other countries and non- Indian citizens are not eligible to participate.
(ii) The Employees, agents, associates and promoters of CARS24.com and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organising the Contest(s) are not eligible to participate.
iii) Participants should be registered user of Twitter & Facebook and must be following CARS24 (@CARS24india) on Twitter or like the page CARS24 https://www.facebook.com/cars24india on Facebook to submit their tweet/comment or upload their picture.
(iv) Participants should mandatorily use the hasthag #CarMemories” & tag “@CARS24India”on Twitter or Leave a comment on the contest launch post on Facebook with his/her entries/pictures. Without these the above mentioned hashtag & Tagging of official CARS24 India twitter handle or Facebook Page the entry will be disqualified

5. No purchase or sale is required to participate in the Contest. No charges are payable to CARS24.com or the organisers to participate in or win the Contest. The Contest is not being conducted with a view to earn profit or promote the business or sales of CARS24.com and is intended to invoke interest in product advertisement.

6. To participate in the Contest, the participant (the “Participant (s)”) must submit the answer to the post shown on the CARS24 page (hereinafter referred to as ‘page’) or twitter/CARS24india page (hereinafter referred to as ‘Twitter’) in the manner as given below: Through Twitter For easy reference of the Participants, steps on how to make an entry through Twitter is enclosed as Annexure I

7. There will be 10 winners during the Term of the Contest. The prizes* will be as under:
i. Gift Hamper curated by CARS24.com worth INR 6,000 to be won by each winner.
ii. The final gifts will be delivered by CARS24.com within one month from the day of announcement of the results* CARS24.com reserves right to change the Prizes/value of the Prizes, without providing any prior notice to the Participants.
