Terms & Conditions:
1. Last date of submission of entries will be 30/06/2016 (11:59 PM). After this date, no further entries will be entertained.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
3. You have to make an audio/video (duration between 25 to 120 seconds) or an Image (Selfie/edited poster etc.) containing your reviews about FlipPaisa.com to participate in the contest.
4. If we found any irrelevant words in your video/audio/image, we would not consider your entry.
5. By Participating in the contest, you agrees to allow us to share your video/audio or Image at our website OR our social media pages.
6. You must be a registered user of FlipPaisa.com to participates in contest.
7. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of FlipPaisa are not eligible to participate in contest.
8. The winners will be notified by email or letter within 10 days of the closing date. Winners have to claim the winning prize from notified address and time from FlipPaisa.com within 15 days from the date of notification, Unclaimed prize(s) will be automatically cancelled or disqualified without any notification.
9. Any changes to the contest will be notified to participants on their registered email id.

10. Pointing Structure:
** Uploading a Video: 500 Points
** Uploading an Audio: 250 Points
** Uploading an Image: 100 Points
** Video Views at our youtube channel: 1 view = 1 point
** Post Shares at Facebook: 1 Share = 1 Point
** Post Retweet at Twitter: 1 RT = 1 Point
** Innovation in the Video/Audio/Image: Team* will decide (max. 200 Points)
** Creativity in the Video/Audio/Image: Team* will decide (max. 200 Points)
** Activity on FlipPaisa: Use FlipPaisa.com during the contest duration (max. 50 Points); Team* will decide.
** Refer a Friend: 20 Points per user registration with your referral link.
** Team: Contest Organizing Team appointed by FlipPaisa.
** Points: Contest points earned by above described activities. Participants having the highest number of contest points will be decided as the winners.
** Repeated Shares/RT of the post will not be alloweded or will not be counted.
** Fake Shares/RT or video views will not be considered and the participant will be disqualified without any prior notification.
** We (FlipPaisa) reserves all the rights to change, stop, hold or terminate the contest without any notice.
** We (FlipPaisa) reserves all the rights to disqualify any entry or participant on our sole basis in any case of fraudrant activity.

** Audio duration must be of 25 Seconds to 120 Seconds.
** You will get 250 Points for uploading an eligible audio.
