ArtyNails Contest Terms And Conditions :

1) The ArtyNails Contest is valid for a limited period from 1st June 2016 to 30th June 2016.

2) Only ABOs are eligible to participate and win this Contest.
3) The theme of the Contest is “Beautiful Nail Art done with Attitude Nail Enamel.” Interested ABOs need to send in their picture (or of their immediate family member) as per the theme showcasing the nail art with their face between 1st June 2016 to 30th June 2016 to attitudecontest@gmail.com with a write up on “ Why you love Attitude nail enamel.”

4) Entries submitted through any other channel, will not be considered for the contest. Entry closes on 12 midnight on 30th June 2016.
5) Any entries received after 12 midnight on 30th June 2016, will not be considered for the contest.All entries submitted to the competition are subject to review, The pictures should not contain any offensive/indecent content and Amway India Enterprises Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject inappropriate images or images that are not within the theme of the contest

6) One ABO participant can send multiple entries.
7) Every entry needs to mention their ABO No. and phone number and the Invoice Number of the Attitude Nail Enamel purchased and the shade name of Attitude nail enamel used for nail art. One invoice number shall be entertained for one entry only
8) The participant must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of photos submitted as entries to the contest. All participants undertake and confirm that the images uploaded as entries to the contest is free from any defect.

9) Participants indemnify Amway India Enterprises Pvt Ltd from and against any claim, action, demand, expense, loss or other liabilities whatsoever, which may arise due to or as a result of or consequence of any defect in image(s) and/or infringement of intellectual property rights of any third party in relation to images uploaded/provided under this contest .

10) The Company and/ or its appointed panel of judges would select the winner’s basis the entries received and as per the specifications of the Contest at its sole discretion and the same shall be final, binding and non-challengeable.
11) The winner ABOs will be showcased on Amway’s Facebook page and will be intimated by the Company. The winners are required to acknowledge their win, over mail within 3 days days of being notified of the same ,failing which the prize(s) may be void.

12) The winner ABOs will get the Amway products worth 2016 BV or more.
13) The winner ABOs can collect their prizes from the Amway offices. The prizes are not transferable, non-exchangeable for any other value and not valid if not collected on the date intimated or before, 3 months from the date of intimation.
14) The Company is entitled to update, change ,modify add ,withdraw or dismiss the terms and conditions of this Contest, without Participants explicit approval and without any intimation.

15) The participation in the contest shall be deemed sufficient approval of the Participants agreement to the terms and conditions mentioned hereof. By participating in this contest, all participants agree that their name and/or photo and/or may appear in any advertisements / promotions of Amway India Enterprises Pvt Limited.

No fees or other sums are to be paid to the participants on account of taking part in the afore-mentioned advertisements/promotions. The personal information shared/given by the participants will be kept secure and will not be shared with any third party.

16) This Contest is for entertainment purposes only. Participation in the contest is purely voluntary.
