By participating in the Contest, the participant hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the user on Facebook/Twitter/Google Plus by MSIL and/or its event management company for the purpose of this Contest.

How to Participate:
1. Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, is holding a contest #HolidayLUV from 28th 2016 – 30th June 2016 (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Contest’) which is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.
2. The Contest is valid for Indian Residents who are 18 years or above, except employees and family members of MSIL and its affiliate/associate/subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and Event Management Company.

3. To participate in this Contest, the participant must follow the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga page on Facebook and follow the ErtigaByMaruti handle on Twitter.
4. Participants need to share summer holiday memories with us.
5. Participants need tag the brand handle/page in all posts.b. Use hashtag #HolidayLUV in all posts.c. Post original/candid pics that are clicked by the participants themselves. Stock images or images from Google will be disqualified.

Prizes:
1. Winners will be chosen on best entry basis.
2. The winners will be communicated through the Facebook, Twitter and Emails.
3. The winners will be sent emails intimating them about their prize.
4. Winners shall be selected at the sole discretion of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.
5. Participating in the contest implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the game. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The prize shall be awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if the winning customer is unable to be contacted till 30 days after the contest is over, or if any prize is unclaimed or declined by or before 30 days from the closure of the contest after receipt of communication to winning customer, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unacceptable and will become void.

2. Entries should not :
(i) contain any inappropriate, harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable or offensive language or content; or
(ii) should not violate the rights of any party; or
(iii) contain anything which, if published, would adversely affect the reputation of MSIL.

3. In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the prize will be forfeited.
