Buy & Win Terms & Conditions:

Following are the Terms and Conditions for participation by consumers in the “BUY & WIN” contest brought to you by Best Foods Limited , being conducted on behalf of Best Foods Limited by “Third party” for Campaign of its brand “best rice” and is applicable only for participants residing in India & buying the product in India.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The mobile participation and execution of the campaign shall start 12:00 Midnight IST on 1/03/2016 and ends on 31/08/2016 at 11:59 PM IST (“the Campaign Period”).

2. Participation in the Campaign is free, voluntary and at the sole discretion of the consumer. By participating in this Campaign, the consumer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of Best Foods Limited shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign and is not subject to any appeal whatsoever.

3. The Campaign is open to consumers who call from mobile phone connections. No entries from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

a. By participating in this contest, the Winners consent to the following:
i. Best Foods Ltd. Or its appointed parties to communicate with the users in future for any kind of communication regarding offers / contests etc.
ii. For the winners name and/or photograph to be published for promotional or marketing purposes on the microsite , on the Facebook page of Best Foods Limited or any other collaterals.
iii. For the winners name to be disclosed to any person requesting that Best Foods Limited confirm the identity of the winner. b. The contest is open for consumers above 18 years of age.

4. Best Foods Limited and/or its designated agencies, their directors, members, partners/distributors, employees, agents or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate or enter the Campaign.

a. Best Foods Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
b. By participating in this contest the participant warrants that all information provided by him/her is true, correct and complete.

5. To avail this offer and participate in the Campaign, a consumer, upon purchasing a genuine “5 kg & other professional packs” & “Brown Rice 1 kg” packs “(“the Packs”) must open the product pack, locate the unique code printed within (“UCC”) & punch in the code by giving a missed call.

a. In case of any defect in the scratch card, the participant should immediately contact the representatives of Best Foods Limited on buynwin@bestfoodgroup.com. The representatives of Best Foods Limited shall inform the participant of the authenticity of the product purchase and whether the participant is eligible for any reward or not.

b. It is understood that the purpose of the scratch card is primarily free authentication of a genuine product purchase and that this contest is merely an added benefit for the users of genuine products and as such the mere participation in the Campaign does not entitle the participant to a guaranteed win.

The winners shall only be selected via a system generated algorithm/randomiser and shall be intimated accordingly. It must be noted that the winner too shall only be declared so if the participant is a user of genuine and original products. The scratch card must necessarily be obtained from the purchase of a genuine product.

c. Scratch cards obtained from counterfeit packs shall not be eligible for winning any prize under this contest.

6. Prizes for this campaign
** Campaign Prize – 1gram 24kt Gold Coin  Best Foods Ltd. In tie up with a third party shall be giving 1gram 24Kt gold coins (Hallmarked with BIS certification) to the shortlisted winners. The gold coins shall be plain & round in shape.  Each participant will get a chance to win one 24 carat 1 gram gold coin for one entry.

** Multiple entries with same code will not be entertained.  There is no warranty or assurance as to the merchantability or fitness of the prizes to be given. Any issues with any of the prizes are to be taken up directly with the manufacturer of the Gold Coin. § Each Participant will get a chance to win one 24 carat 1 gram gold coin for one entry.

** No claim regarding the model/ make of the prize shall be entertained. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Best Foods Ltd. § The image of the prize depicted on the pack/press ads/posters/TV advertisements /pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize/ look of the prize may vary from the depiction made
