Annual Art Competition:

The 5th Open Art Competition for school children will be held on July 24, 2016, at the premises of the Children’s Club, Mylapore, Chennai

We invite your school children to participate in our annual art competition, the details of which are furnished below:

Date: 24th July, 2016 (Sunday)
Time: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Venue: The Children’s Club, Mylapore
Entrance Fee: Rs. 100/- (per participant)

Group -Standard/ Class- Time:
A- LKG, UKG, I, II- 9:30 am to 10:30 am
B- III, IV, V, VI -10:30 am to 11:30 am
C- VII, VIII, IX -11:30 pm to 12:30 pm

Rules & Regulations:
1. Theme for each group will be announced at the Venue
2. Drawing paper will be supplied by the Club to the participants
3. Participants are required to bring their own drawing/painting materials (crayons/colour pencils/oil pastels/water colour)
4. Judges, nominated by the Club, will select the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners in each Group. Consolation prizes may be awarded.
5. The Judges’ decision will be final and binding on all matters related to the Competition.
6. Participation certificates will be issued, to all participants
7. Prizes will be distributed at a later date, to be announced.
8. Entry forms are to be submitted at the club along with entry fee and the last date for entries is July 20, 2016.
