Participate in the #IPoseForJewelsouk Campaign to win real diamond jewellery worth Rs. 2000/- Just send us a picture of you wearing NO JEWELLERY to model for Jewelsouk and feature on our website and cover photo for a week.

Terms & Conditions:
** Users have to submit a picture of them wearing NO JEWELLERY ·
** Participants are requested not to send pictures of themselves wearing sunglasses.
** The contest will be live from 8th July to 15th July 2016 this month.
** Winners will be picked by the Jewelsouk management ·
** Our management reserves the right to reject any entry or disqualify any participant from participating in the contest without assigning any reason. ·
** The decision of the management in this regard shall be final and binding upon the participants without any demur or objection.
** Prize details to be conveyed to the winners within 10 working days after the winner provides contact details ·
** Management does not take the responsibility for any damages incurred in transit or non-delivery of the prize ·
** Prizes are not subjected to exchange or replacement or redeemable for cash or kind.
** Users who submit a photo for participating in contest agree to the following use of their property: Photos submitted on Jewelsouk Facebook or Twitter page will be used for designing banners for the website and cover photo for social media sties.
** Photos submitted may also be selected for use in a social media campaign that will feature user submitted photos on any or all of our social media channels.

By participating in the #IPoseForJewelsouk Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the interpretation of these Rules by the Sponsor, and further warrants and represents that his/her Entry:
1. Is original to him/her and that the entrant has all necessary rights in and to the Entry to enter the Contest;
2. Does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
3. Does not contain any reference to or likeness of any identifiable third parties; ·

4. Will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party, or give rise to any claims for payment whatsoever, and is not defamatory, trade libellous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following: · Nudity, Sexual activity, Crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols.

** Content that endorses, condones or discusses any illegal, inappropriate or risky activity, behavior or conduct.
** Personal information of individuals, including without limitation, names and addresses (physical or e-mail)

** Conduct or other activities in violation of these Rules; · Any identifiable third party products and/or trade-marks, brands or logos. For example, any clothing worn by persons appearing in an Entry must not contain any visible logos, trademarks or other third party materials, unless the necessary permissions/licenses have been obtained.
