If you hold a Camera, you hold the trigger! We are organizing a pan-India online Photography Contest to unleash the Photographer in you. Whether you are 9 years old or 9,000 years. Whether your Photos are clicked with you loving Mobile or your hip DSLR. Your Camera, your Photos, your choice.

Theme:
The Theme, we have chosen is ‘Poverty’ and we want Photographs that create awareness about this problem which is a reality for more than half of India. With your efforts combined with ours, we’ll aspire to make human beings a little more human and a portion of money generated from this contest will be donated to help the poor.

Rules and Regulations:
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The contest is open to everybody in India.

2. Submission of Entries:
2.1 Registration fees is non-refundable.
2.2 All submitted images are non-returnable. The file name for each image should be clearly labelled with the participant’s name.
2.3 Each participant can submit maximum two images.
2.4 Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the images will not be allowed. Only basic enhancements such as sharpening, contrast adjustment, or simple cropping will be allowed.
2.5 The organiser reserves the right to reject images with incomplete details required under the photo submission page.

3. Copyright (or) Intellectual Property:
3.1 Each image submitted must be the original and unpublished work of the participant who must also be its copyright owner.
3.2 By submitting an image for the contest, the participant will be regarded as having granted the organiser the right to use the image in print, broadcast or electronic media without any fee payment, for the purposes of promoting the contest or areas related to the organiser’s work including.
3.3 Images received through the contest will not be used by the organiser for commercial purposes.
3.4 We have the right to remove any entry we deem not suitable for the contest or is not following SELLevent.com Terms and Conditions.
3.5 The Company also reserves the right to amend the rules of the Program or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Program or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.

4. Prizes:
4.1 The organiser reserves the right to change or replace the contest prizes and/or modify the rules and regulations of the contest as and when necessary, without prior notice.
4.2 The organiser shall not be liable for any fault with any of the prizes and any issues or queries relating to the condition of the prizes should be referred to the manufacturer or supplier of the prizes after 7 days.
4.3 Certificate will be send to your registered email id.

5. Judging:
5.1 The images will be selected by a panel of judges and their decision is final. No correspondence pertaining to the selection process and decision will be entertained.

5.2 The panel of judges will evaluate the images based on the following criteria:
Artistic/visual appeal. Extent to which the photograph captures the essence of the theme.

5.3 Images will be judged based on originality, creativity and relevance to the theme.
5.4 The judging panel reserves the right not to award the prizes if the images submitted do not meet the requirements stated in this document.

6. Acceptance of Rules & Regulations:
6.1 By submitting an image for the contest, the participant will be regarded as having accepted and agreed to be bound by the rules and regulations of the contest.
6.2 While the organiser will exercise due care during the collection, selection and storage of images, it shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or destruction of the images.
