Fly With Zee Cafe Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. The FlyWithZeeCafe contest is conducted by ATL Media Limited (“ATL”) in relation to the shows which are telecast at 10.00 PM and ends at 11.00 PM every night from Monday- Friday (“Show”) on the channel ‘Zee Cafe (“Channel”) during the Contest Period (“Contest”)

2. The Contest shall be effective from 10.00 PM on July 25, 2016 until 11.00 PM on July 29, 2016 (“Contest Period”). Each day of the Contest Period shall commence at 10.00 PM on that particular day and shall end at 11.00 PM on the same day (“Daily Contest Period”)

3. Each person participating in the Contest in the manner provided herein below is hereinafter referred to as “Participant”.

4. During the Daily Contest Period, during the telecast of the Show on the Channel, One (1) multiple choice question pertaining to the Show will be asked to the viewer of the Channel (“Daily Contest Question(s)”). Thus a total of Five (5) Daily Contest Questions will be asked during the Contest Period.

5. Each of the Contest Questions will be corresponded by multiple answers of which one will be the correct answer to the Contest Question.

6. To participate in the Contest, Participant will have to like the Twitter handle of the Channel i.e @ZeeCafe Twitte and Facebook page. Thereafter, Participant will have to post the correct answer to each Contest Question on the Twitter Page by tagging @ZeeCafe along with the hashtag “#FlywithZeeCafe”, within the Daily Contest Period.

Any Answer given by the Participant without tagging @ZeeCafe and/or without the hashtag “#FlywithZeeCafe”, and beyond the Daily Contest Period will be considered as invalid for the purpose of the Contest.

7. For the sake of illustration – If one (1) question is asked at 10.30 pm, then the Participant can Answer the said question only between 10.30 pm to 11.00 pm.
8. A valid entry for the purpose of this Contest is where the Participant has given the Answer to the Contest Question along and by tagging @ZeeCafe along with the hashtag “#FlywithZeeCafe”, within the Answer Period (“Entry”)

9. From amongst the Participants who have submitted the Entry, 1 Participant who has given the correct answer to all the Five (5) Contest Questions or the maximum number of correct answers will be selected and declared by ATL as the winner of the Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Winner”) The Winner(s) will be selected randomly by an automated system and there will be no human intervention/choices.

10. The Winners, as selected and decided by ATL at its discretion will be announced after the Contest Period on the Twitter Page at such time as decided by ATL.
11. ATL will provide the Winner along with 1 (One) Companion, 2 (two) tickets to attend the Ariana Grande live music concert in the United States of America (USA) (“Prize”)

12. For the Winners and his/her Companion, ATL shall make arrangements for return airfare tickets from such destination in India and to such destinations in USA as per ATL’s sole discretion and also accommodation in USA for such number of days at ATL’s sole discretion.

Winner(s) will also be required to sign a release form/winner’s letter (by whatever named called) which will contain the terms of the Prize and also details of the expenses and the itinerary covered in the Prize.

13. ATL shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any incident, accident that may occur during the course of the Winner’s and/or his/or Companion’s travel to or from the destination or during the stay. The date and time of travel and flight details are the sole discretion of ATL and cannot be varied once they are booked.

14. It is mandatory that the Winner(s) and his/her Companion has (i) a valid passport (ii) a valid USA VISA (iii) passport and VISA which shall be valid for a period of upto 1 (One) year from the end of the Contest Period (iv) should not be barred by law and (v) should not have contracted any serious illness.

The Winner(s) is solely responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes including gift tax, travel and medical insurance. Winner(s) shall be solely responsible for procuring the VISA and shall bear the cost for VISA application. In the event the Winner(s) is not able to obtain the required VISA, ATL is not obligated to give any alternate Prize and the Winner forfeits such Prize.

15. For the purpose of this Contest, “Companion” shall mean any friend/family member of the Winner who has completed 18 years of age as on the date of the Contest.

16. Eligibility for participation in the Contest:
Participation in this Contest is restricted to Indian citizens only and who are above 18 years of age as on the date of this Contest.
