Samsung #TheNextGalaxy Contest

** #TheNextGalaxy (“Contest”) is a Contest launched by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”), valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.

** The Contest will happen between 28th July 2016 and 1st August 2016, from 11:00AM to 8:00PM on each of the mentioned days (referred to as “Contest Days”), and there shall be 10 winners each day who shall be selected based on the criteria given in the clauses hereunder.

** Contest Duration: Between 11AM to 8PM everyday
** Winner Announcement Date: By 8th August 2016

General terms and conditions of the Contest:
** The Contest is valid for Indian Citizens, (except for state of Tamil Nadu) who have attained the age of 18 years or above, except employees and family members of Samsung and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies (“Participant(s)”). Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.

** The contest will be held on Twitter and Facebook with the hashtag #TheNextGalaxy.
** Participants having facebook account or twitter account or Instagram account shall be eligible for this Contest.
** For the Contest Samsung shall put up one question everyday around the Galaxy Note Series.
** In order to participate, eligible Participants shall be required to answer the question correctly and within the stipulated time.
** Participant(s) shall be required to post their answers on their facebook or twitter handles along with the hashtag #TheNextGalaxy and tagging the official Samsung Mobile India FB & Twitter account accordingly.

** The Instagram users who participate in the Contest shall have to participate through their facebook & twitter accounts only i.e. they have to post their answers on their facebook or twitter account along with the hashtag mentioned above and tagging the Samsung official accounts accordingly.

** Participants can also Retweet/share question tweet/post with the hash tag #TheNextGalaxy put up by the official Samsung Mobile India FB & Twitter account during the contest period.
** There shall be different questions on each of the Contest Days and winners shall be selected on a daily basis but will be announced together by 8th August 2016.
** There shall be a total of 50 winners during the Contest Period i.e. 10 winners daily out of which 5 winners shall be selected from Facebook and 5 from Twitter each day.

** To consider each entry as a ‘valid entry’ in the Contest, Participants must follow the Samsung twitter handle & Facebook page respectively and use #TheNextGalaxy with their entry along with tagging the official FB or Twitter handle with their answer posts.

** In case of a draw of more than one Participant giving the same answer/correct answer, the winner shall be selected by a third party randomizer with no manual intervention in the selection process and the decision shall be final.
** No claims shall be entertained in this regard.

** The winner shall be announced by Samsung or its authorized third party agency and the results shall be uploaded on Samsung’s social media platforms i.e. Samsung Mobile India Facebook and Samsung Mobile India Twitter Pages by 8th August 2016.
** The winners shall also be informed through an email.
