How does ‘Invite & Earn’ work?:

Invite your friends to install the Flipkart App. Once your friend installs the app and logs-in to the App, you get Rs. 200 discount on a minimum purchase of Rs.1000 and your friend gets Rs.100 discount on a minimum purchase of Rs.500.

If your friend transacts for a minimum of Rs. 500 and does not return the product, you will receive an additional Rs.200 discount on a minimum purchase of Rs.1000. Please note that your friend should use your invite code after installing the Flipkart App. If you have not used the Flipkart App before, you can earn this discount by using a referral code shared by a friend.

What are the conditions to earning this reward?:
Your friend has to install the Flipkart app and should be:
** New user who has never had a Flipkart account. An Indian phone number should be linked to your friend’s account that has not been used with someone else’s account.
** Your friend has installed the Flipkart app on a new device, which was never used to download the Flipkart app.
** You must have a valid Flipkart account which has a valid Indian mobile number linked to it. This is a subset of the conditions and comprehensive details on the terms and conditions for this offer are listed below.

How many rewards can I earn?:
You can earn upto 11 rewards (1 if you accepted someone else’s referral invite & 10 rewards for referring your friends). Each one of your referred friends would earn a reward themselves.

Terms & Conditions:
** Flipkart Internet Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘Flipkart’, ‘We’, ‘Our’, ‘Us’) is offering a referral bonus to its customers subject to the terms of this Policy mentioned below (‘Policy’).

** This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.

** This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signatures. Wherever the context so requires ‘You/Your/User’ shall mean any user on the Flipkart Mobile App. ‘Flipkart’/’We’/’Our’ shall mean Flipkart Internet Private Limited. Offer in these terms and conditions shall be the referral programme which is part of the Early Access Offer (Offer).

** By participating in this Offer, You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Policy, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation that are available on www.flipkart.com including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make. This is a limited period offer and is subject to change, at the sole discretion of Flipkart.

To be eligible for the Offer, You need to fulfill the following criteria:
** You must have a valid account on the Flipkart. Your account must be mobile number verified with an Indian phone number on Flipkart App. If Your account is not verified via an Indian mobile number then you can do the same within 7 days of sending an invite else you won’t be eligible for the Offer.

Details of the Offer:

** In the case of this referral offer, if You refer another person (“Referee”) and such Referee downloads the Flipkart Mobile App and registers as a user on Flipkart.com/Flipkart Mobile App, You will be entitled to a maximum discount of Rs. 200 on minimum shopping worth Rs. 1000 or more and the Referee shall be entitled to a maximum discount of Rs. 100 on minimum shopping worth Rs. 500 or more.

** Further, if the Referee makes a purchase of minimum of Rs. 500 on flipkart.com/Flipkart Mobile App and does not return the product within a period of 30 days, You get an additional Rs. 200 off on purchases worth Rs. 1000 and above. The referral bonus stated above will be disbursed to the Referrer and the Referee by way of a targeted discount.

** Further, this amount will also be credited in your ‘My Rewards’; page on flipkart.com/Flipkart Mobile App. Please note that the Referrer and the Referee will be provided with a referral code and will be required to enter the referral code to avail of the referral bonus stated above. The terms and conditions for the referral bonus shall be applicable.

** The Referred Customer must be a new user and the mobile number should be an Indian mobile number which has not been registered before with any Flipkart account. User Mobile Number should be registered in India, foreign mobile numbers are not allowed.
