Terms & Conditions:

1. The Contest “Aircel Quiz Factory” (hereinafter referred to as ‘Contest’) is open for all valid pre-paid and postpaid subscribers of the Company (“Service”)
2. This is a limited period Contest. The Contest shall commence on 28th July, 2016 at 00:00:01 hrs and shall conclude on the 25th October, 2016 at 23:59:59 hrs (“Contest Period”).
3. The Contest requires the Participants to answer the posted questions. The Participant shall get points for each correct answer. The winner will be selected on the basis of maximum number points collected during the Contest Period.

4. This document is an electronic record in terms of the information technology act, 2000 and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the information technology act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

5. These terms and conditions contained herein govern the terms of participation in the contest. Participants entering the said contest shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

6. Contest Participation& Registration:
** Only valid and subsisting Aircel subscribers will be able to access and participate in the Contest.
** The employees of Company and Timwe and their group affiliates or associate companies are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
** Any postpaid Subscriber with any outstanding amount as dues against the monthly bills generated by the Company shall not be eligible to be declared as a Winner or participate in this Contest.

7. Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for this Contest, Subscriber must fulfill the following criteria :
** Subscriber should have been adequately charged and the points scored should be in synchronization with the amount charged.
** Subscriber must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** Subscriber must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.,)
** Subscriber must be either an active existing, or new subscriber of Service during the Contest Period.
** Subscriber must have submitted the full set of valid documents as per DOT guidelines, at the time of taking connection.
** Subscriber must not be any person/their spouse/blood relative who has won a bumper prize/Bumper prize for the next 3 subsequent contests.
** The subscriber has to be an active Subscriber during the Contest Period. If the Subscriber does a National MNP within Aircel’s service areas, during the subsistence of the Contest Period, then in that case he has to re-register for the Contest.

8. To subscribe to the Quiz Factory:
** The Subscribers must send an SMS with the word <WIN> to 584661 for which Rs.5/day will be charged or SMS with word <WIN> to 585662 which shall be charged @ Rs. 30/week or SMS with the word <WIN> to 584663 which shall be charged @ Rs. 75/month; or
** Dial 58466 to subscribe to the Quiz Factory; or
** Alternatively Access the link at m.quizfactory.net

9. To Play Quiz Factory on Pay per use model:
** The Aircel subscribers shall send an SMS with the word <JOIN> to 58466 which shall be charged at (Rs. 2/SMS) or
** Dial 58466 Short code which shall be charged at Rs. 2/min
** On sending the request, the Subscriber shall receive an acknowledgement SMS telling him/her that his/her service request has been accepted and is being processed. He/she shall then be sent an appropriate confirmation SMS once his/her request has been confirmed.
** Once the customer becomes a Quiz Factory Participant, he/she shall get an SMS informing about the current or upcoming competition, as well as the prizes to be won during the Contest Period.
