DBS (“digibank”) is holding #digiGang contest where you and your friends get a chance to meet Sachin Tendulkar. This contest is subject to the following terms and conditions. #digiGang Contest

All your friends who input your ten-digit mobile number in the Promotional Code while opening their digiSavings account are part of your #digiGang.  Hence, all digiSavings accounts opened using the ‘same phone number’ form a part of the same #digiGang.

Contest Period:
7th Aug 2016 (Sunday) at 02:00PM to 31st Aug, 2016 (Wednesday) at 6:00PM

Who can be part of #digiGang?:
#digiGang can consist of your friends, family members or your supporters, registering using the ‘same phone number’.

Eligible Entries:
a. All digiSavings customers who during the Contest Period add atleast 10 members to the #digiGang
b. #digiGang is a gang of digiSavings a/c holders opened by using the ‘same mobile number’ in the Promotional Code field.

A) Winners Selection:
** All members of the #digiGang with the highest number of members referred using one telephone number get the chance to meet Sachin Tendulkar
** In case, two digiGangs have the same number of entries, the one that was created earlier will be considered as winner.
** Once you form your #digiGang, mail your name and mobile number to IndiaGSMC1@dbs.com

B) Prize Details:
The date to meet Sachin Tendulkar will be communicated on or after 12th Sep, 2016.

C) General Terms & Conditions:
1. Winning #digiGang will be informed on or after 12th Sep, 2016 by way of email registered on the digibank app.
2. digibank will not be liable to pay or reimburse any costs/expenses incurred by the winners for their travel and accommodation. All such costs and expenses shall be borne by the winners, solely.
3. digibank will have the final decision on all matters regarding the #digiGang contest and it will be binding on all digibank customers.
4. digibank holds the right to publish the names of the winners across other offline or online platforms. digiSavings is under no obligation to disclose the identity of the winners or to publish the same for any reason whatsoever.

5. Employees of digibank, digibank’s advertising and promotional agencies, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible for this #digiGang contest.

6. digibank will not be responsible and liable for any/all disputes raised by participants regarding the services or deficiency in the services received under this #digiGang contest.
7. Any tax, duties and levies relating or arising out of this #digiGang contest shall be borne by the participants.
8. digibank may change these terms or suspend, alter or terminate this #digiGang contest or these Terms and Conditions without giving notice.
9. #digiGang contest is non-transferable. #digiGang contest is subject to force major events.
10. #digiGang contest will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
