Terms & Conditions:
** The contest is open to kids only between 2- 13 years.
** The contestants can be from any nationality.
** Entries to the Contest “Face of V-Mart” will be shortlisted by Judging Panel who is the Top Officials from the Management of V-Mart.
** Participants with foreign nationalities need to have a valid Indian visa to be eligible for the contest.
** The entire contest will happen from 6th July 2016 to 25th August 2016 , Facebook page will carry the intimation in case of any change in date
** Contest will happen across 14 states, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Orrisa, and Rajasthan. The Facebook page will carry intimation of changes if any.
** Depending on the on-line voting trends, the Judging Panel has shortlisted the top 28 finalists (kids) out of all the entries received by the Management. Selection and short listing process is completely the discretion of the Panel and no one can question the decisions taken by the Panel. Final list and the award winner will be displayed at the web-site of V-Mart.
** The management accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received, delayed, or are lost due to a technical problem.
** The management reserves the right to change or discontinue this process or any associated event without prior notice due to any reason outside its control (including political or civil unrests).
** The management’s decision will be final & binding.
** The Judging Panel can remove/replace the finalist as per the voting trends. Again any removal and a wild card entry will be purely the decision/discretion of the Judging Panel.
** Two boys and two girls will be chosen as winners by the V-Mart management on the basis of the votes received and the decision of the management panel.
** You submit the information at your own risk and management shall not be liable to you in any manner for any reason whatsoever.
** You shall be deemed to have made yourself fully aware and accepted all terms and conditions in case you choose to register for the Contest.
** Please do not sign up for this Contest if you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions specified above.
** All other terms and conditions shall apply.
