Contest Terms & Conditions:

** This Offer is valid for all citizens in the states of India except the state of Tamil Nadu. This Offer is valid until stocks last or until 31st August 2016 whichever is earlier(‘Offer Period’). Product(s) also available without this Offer.

** The Purchaser shall be eligible to register and participate in “5G” contest (“Offer”) on purchase of 3G/ 4G compatible/ enabled mobile smart Phones sold by authorised retailer(s)/ dealer(s) of MIRC Electronics Ltd under the brand name ‘ONIDA ‘, namely Model nos i405, i407, i450, i455, i505 and i4G1 (hereinafter referred to as “Product”).

** This Offer is not available to clubs, organizations or groups. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Offer. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, program or promotion. Purchaser agrees that participation in this Offer is at Participant’ s sole risk.

** This Offer is being conducted by MIRC Electronics Ltd (“MIRC ELECTRONICS LTD “/ “Company”) in association with Sri Jagdamba pearls group (“Jagdamba”) (collectively referred to as Jagdamba) through Dealer/ Retailer counter.
** An independent third party Administrator is appointed by MIRC ELECTRONICS LTD for this Offer.

** Registration & Participation in this offer is purely voluntary and optional . By participating in this Offer, each participant is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions for the offer. Registration & Participation constitutes each Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Jagdamba’s and /or MIRC ELECTRONICS Ltd’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Offer.

** The participant waives conditions of DND register by participating in the contest, The participant availing the Offer it would be deemed that the Participant has given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of Offer

** The Registeration has to be done on or before 31st August, 2016 and Purchaser agrees to waive off right to register & participate post 31st August,2016. After purchasing the Product, look for the International Mobile Equipment Identity [IMEI] code which is a 15 digits code (“Code”).

** After getting this Code, for registeration and participation in the contest the purchaser has to log on to https://onida.com/. Read all the terms and conditions and accept the terms and conditions. Fill in and complete all the blanks fields which are mandatory fields

** On completion of registration,the purchaser shall stands a chance to win 5 gram Gold (22 karat). From amongst the registered participant purchase a winner shall be selected .The name of the winner shall be announced on https://onida.com/

** 5 Gram Gold coin (22 karat) which the winner shall be entitled to claim is non-transferrable, non-redeemable; and no cash payment will be paid in lieu of 5 Gram Gold coin (22 karat). The look, size, dimension, thickness,engraving of 5 Gram Gold coin shall be sole discretion of MIRC ELECTRONICS LTD

** At any stage, MIRC ELECTRONICS LTD and / or Jagdamba reserves their right to call upon the Purchaser to submit any document including but not limited invoice copy, identity proof, address proof,pan card,etc. for verification of identity and purchase proof as per its sole discretion.

** MIRC ELECTRONICS LTD and / or Jagdamba accepts no liability or responsibility in respect of any income or other tax implication,liability of purchaser arising from the offer and /or delivery of 5 Gram Gold coin (22 karat). Neither MIRC ELECTRONICS LTD nor Jagdamba will be liable for any delay in delivery of 5 Gram Gold coin (22 karat) under this Offer.

** Neither MIRC ELECTRONICS LTD, nor Jagdamba will be responsible for any loss or damage to the IMEI Code,purchase proof, refusal to provide additional document in which event the purchaser who was declared as the winner shall be disqualified / disentitled from claiming the 5 Gram Gold coin (22 karat).
