** NAAPTOL KHUSHIYON KA MELA is a promotion scheme for shoppers of Naaptol television channels, Naaptol website & Naaptol APP.

** The scheme is valid for purchases done between 1st Aug – 31st Oct 2016 for all verified and delivered orders.
** Customers shopping with Naaptol and ordering for products advertised on TV / Web / APP, will be eligible under the scheme for Assured Gifts on successful completion of the delivery & payment done to Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd
** Customers will be required to achieve sum total prescribed purchase value during 1st Aug – 31st Oct. The sum total prescribed purchase value of Rs.10000/-, Rs.25000/-, Rs.40000/- or Rs.65000/- is to be achieved in MINIMUM 2 TRANSACTIONS during the scheme period to be eligible for assured gifts attached to each shopping slab prescribed.
** Assured Gifts for each prescribed slab – Rs.10000/- – Sheffield Cordless Iron OR Intex Multimedia Speaker Free, Rs.25000/- Sheffield Induction Cooktop OR Sheffield Nonstick Cookware Set Free, Rs.40000/- get Sheffield Food Processor OR Callmate Watch Mobile Free, Rs.65000/- get Sheffield Air Fryer OR Intex 3G Mobile Free.
** For being eligible to avail free assured gifts, customers to have their data for first name, last name, mobile number, postal address & pin code checked & verified by Naaptol customer service centers by calling on the toll free or order now numbers given on the TV screens, web portal , mobile app.
In case of any missing / incorrect information, the scheme eligibility may be withdrawn.
** To be eligible for the scheme, customers to place orders during the scheme period through TV channels / website / mobile app with the same mobile number to get their purchases recorded against the UNIQUE customer ID generated by Naaptol for the calling number.
If order is placed by a different number, it will not get added to the customer account ID and the purchase value will not be considered for the final order value summary for a customer. No representation, whatsoever, will be entertained for the same.
** The orders placed during the scheme period will be considered for scheme eligibility only on successful delivery and payment without any refunds.
** Orders placed on or before 31st Oct and not delivered till 31st Oct will also be considered for eligibility only post successful delivery on or before 20th Nov without any replacement / refund requested
** The final orders placed on or before 31st Oct midnight shall only be considered for scheme eligibility and the ordering under the scheme will be closed on 31st Oct 2016.
** Post executing product deliveries for all orders placed till 31st Oct midnight, final customer eligibility will be calculated for all shopping customers for the total value achieved.
** Naaptol will call all eligible customers to confirm their preference of Assured Gift for the sum total prescribed value achieved. Naaptol will call all customers only from 040-30070800 to confirm the gift preference.
** Customers will be required to confirm the preferred gift for the sum total prescribed value achieved which will be recorded with Naaptol for dispatching the same to the eligible customers.
** Post confirming the gift preference, any request for change in gift within the prescribed slab value is not permitted. Further, any request for breaking achieved slabs for 2 or smaller slab gifts is not permitted neither such requests would be acceptable.
** Customers holding existing and/or pre-issued Naaptol Gift Vouchers may use the same for purchasing products under the scheme. The total product selling price will be considered for calculating customer’s total shopping value during 1st August-31st October and not the discounted price post using the available gift voucher.
** On Basis of customer eligibility, the gifts attached with each eligibility slab will be dispatched on the customer’s postal address from 20th Nov onwards.
** All Assured Free Gift dispatches will be done by respective seller and/or vendor of Naaptol by 30th Nov so as to reach all eligible customers by 20st December. All Assured Gift dispatches will be closed by 15th December.
** All postal and/or delivery addresses would be pre-confirmed before delivery. In the event that there are instances where consignments are not delivered due to incorrect address of the customer, the customer would be required to confirm the correct address and pay the shipping charges for the re-scheduled delivery.
No gifts would be dispatched if on second attempt the consignment remains un-delivered.
** All images of the Assured Gifts shown in Naaptol’s scheme brochure / promotion video are for illustration purpose and may not be the same as the actual product.
** Naaptol online shopping Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify, alter, and change the scheme terms & conditions, or terminate and/or discontinue the entire scheme at its sole discretion without prior intimation.
** The scheme is subject to force majeure clause.
** All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Thana only.
