TechXplore is an annual technology fest for school students to generate excitement and share their enthusiasm for Science, Technology and Engineering.

The event is full of fun featuring challenges, exhibitions and educational breakout sessions targeting varied fields like rocket science, robotics, electronics, aeromodelling, programming and what not. Our little inventors get a chance to learn what they have explored and build what they have learnt.

Challenges :
Techxplore 2016 challenges student’s creativity and innovative thinking in five domains:
** Open Innovation Challenge
** Water Rocket Challenge
** Roller Coaster Challenge
** Roborace Challenge
** Web Design Challenge

The TechXplore(“Contest”) hosted by Manav Rachna International School, Sector 14, Faridabad and powered by Technoplanet Labs (“TPL”) is designed to encourage eligible Middle Schools and High Schools students (“Student”), working in teams with a mentor, to take part in different techical events that incorporates science, technology, engineering and/or math (“STEM”).

Judges shall choose the winning entries, and prizes shall be awarded in accordance with these Contest Official Rules (the “Rules”). The definitions in these Rules shall apply equally to the singular, plural, active and passive forms of the terms defined.

Eligibility:
The Contest is open to group of two (2) to three (3) Students who
** are enrolled in grades sixth (5th) to twelfth (12th) in 2016-17 school year
** have obtained a parent’s or legal guardian’s prior permission and

** have one teacher/parent/adult as mentor, who is Twenty One (21) years or older at the time of Submission (as defined below). Each Student is allowed to be on only one Team per category.

The undersigned shall be responsible and held liable for all actions and Submissions of the Teams. One mentor can can work with any # of teams, but should NOT contribute to the teams in any technical capacity.

In other words, all the technical stuff should be students’ work. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How To Enter :

** NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter the Contest, schools shall register their respective Teams by visiting the Contest website located at techxplore.co.in/register .
** For open Innovation Challenge, Teams shall follow the directions to enter a Submission as detailed below.
** Submissions shall consist of an App/Games/Hardware Concept and a presentation.
** Winners shall submit developed functioning apps (“App”). TPL shall provide professional support, workshops and development assistance to help design and develop the Apps.
** TPL will have full rights to share, discuss and use the Apps/Games and the screen user interfaces of the apps prepared as part of this competition for Media and communications purposes.

Refund Policy :
** Any individual(School Student) can participate in the contest by filling the form, accepting Terms and condition paying the required fees.
** Once the selection is confirmed and communicated to the individual no cancellation will be allowed
** No refund will be eligible in case of no show where the participant arrives late or does not turn up for the event.
** Only the registered participant can take part in the competition and replacement is substitution not allowed
** No refunds will be eligible to any individual if the event / conference conducted is not up to the satisfaction or expectation of the participant.

Content Restrictions:
The Submission must NOT contain:
** Nudity, lewd or vulgar behavior.
** Material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy,
** Publicity or intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright patent,
** Trademark, trade secret infringement or other proprietary right of any party.
** Brand names or trademarks.
** Material that is hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.
** Material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
** Material that is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the App is created.
** Material that interferes with the functioning of any services of other parties.
** Material not suitable for persons under 13, including graphic depictions of violence or age-inappropriate language.
** Gambling application or sites.
** Material that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, obscene or otherwise does not comply with the Content Restrictions, as determined by Contest Administrator in its sole discretion.
