Participation in this contest shall imply acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Contest.

Terms and Conditions :
1. The Contest is being run on the occasion of the 70th Independence Day of India.
2. The Contest shall commence on the 11th day of August, 2016 at 12:00 Noon and shall be valid till 14th day of August, 2016 till 11:59 PM. (“Contest Period”).
3. The Contest is run by Videocon Industries Limited.
4. The Contest shall run on the social media platforms Facebook and Twitter.
5. This Contest is valid for Indian residents residing in India and are above 18 years.
6. In order to be eligible to participate in the Contest the Participant must follow/like the twitter handle @KenstarIndia and Facebook page facebook.com/kenstarindia of the Company.
7. There will be one question asked per day related to the freedom struggle of India which shall be posted on both the social platforms of the Company.
8. The eligible participant must answer the question using the hashtag #IndependenceDayQuiz. In case the hashtag is not used the entry will not be considered.
9. There is no restriction on the number of entries by a single participant.
10. The Company shall announce one winner per day and one grand winner who has correctly answered all the 4 (for) questions after the Contest is over.
11. The daily winner shall be awarded with one-dry iron of KENSTAR brand and the grand winner shall be awarded with the Juicer Mixer Grinder of KENSTAR brand.
12. The 5 (five) winners shall be announced within 3 days of the closing of the Contest on the Facebook page and twitter handle of the Company.

13. Once the winners are announced, the winners shall provide personal details such as name, age, email address and postal address to the Company via DM on twitter and Messenger on Facebook. The valid identity proof shall be provided by the winner at the time of delivery of the prize.

14. In case the winners do not provide the details within the stipulated time period, the Company shall announce some other winner by draw of lots.

15. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the contest at any time during the time period of the Contest. 16. Any participant/winner/grand winner shall stand disqualified in case the Participant has inaccurate, false or misleading personal details or has failed to abide by the terms and conditions of the Contest.

16. The Company shall in the presence of a committee of senior employees pick out the winner by draw of lots.
17. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss of entries for any reasons beyond the control of the Company including but not limited to network breakdowns.
