Rajasthan Tourism and E Factor Entertainment are pleased to announce the first edition of the annual Pushkar Photography contest – “Frame the Fair”

The contest is open for amateurs & professionals alike. Participants are required to be physically present at the Pushkar Town between 8th to 10th November to create their submissions

Your chance to win cash prize of 5000 USD + A DSLR Camera + Camera Merchandise + Feature in a coffee table book + Fly aboard a hot air balloon!!

Here is how it works:
** Pre-register with us here
** Visit our contest booth at Pushkar Town between 1100 – 1400 Hours from 8th till 10th Nov 2016
** Collect your registration ticket and the “Theme Set”
** The “Theme Set” is a list of five topics / themes on which participants will click pictures
** To submit their entries participants are required to visit the contest booth between 1600 – 1800 Hours from 8th till 10th Nov 2016
** Entries will be judged and evaluated by an eminent panellist of photographers
** Two winners will be announced by the jury on the 12th of Nov
** Eighteen consolation prizes will also be declared

Prizes :
** First prize wins cash 5000 USD
** Second prize wins a DSLR Camera
** Eighteen consolation prizes win Camera merchandise
** All twenty winners get to fly aboard a hot air balloon at Pushkar on the 13th of November
** Pictures taken by all winners gets featured in an exclusive coffee table book

Rules & Regulations:
** Contest is open to both amateurs & professionals
** Contest is open to only Indian Nationals
** Pre-registration is a pre-requisite to participate
** Registrations close on 30th of September 2016
** Contestants are required to submit their entries in electronic format over USB only. (No emails please)
** The pictures must be taken only in RAW format having minimal usage of photo-editing software. The date & time must reflect in the image file
** Contestants can submit only one photo per theme, however the contestants can choose to submit between one to five images
** The jury has the complete rights over declaring the winners and no queries will be entertained on the same

Other Terms:
** Rajasthan Tourism & E Factor Entertainment reserve the rights to use all images generated through the contest for any promotional or other requirement
** Hot Air Ballooning is completely weather dependent. In case of cancelation of flight for reasons beyond human control no other compensatory flight will be offered
** Participants are required to bring their own equipment and any damage/ loss of the same is the sole responsibility of the participant
** All boarding/ lodging and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant
** Rajasthan Tourism & E Factor Entertainment are not responsible for any other expenses like guarantees/ warrantees/ accessories etc if required to be borne by the winners on the DSLR & Camera Mercahndise equipment
