In order to be eligible for this offer, a subscriber /participant must fulfil the following criteria:
** This Offer is open and valid for all active and existing pre-paid Subscribers, post-paid subscribers of Idea UP West Circle (the “subscribers”).
** Subscriber must be 18 years of age or above.
** He/she must be a citizen of India.
** He/she must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.
** Subscriber must be an active prepaid/post-paid subscriber of Idea during the announcement or selection of winner.
** Subscribers must belong to the Circle mentioned hereinabove.
** The Contest is not open for employees and their relatives, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA.

Procedure to participate in the Offer:-
** In order to increase the chances of winning, subscriber has to remain active on Dialer Tone service and do as many song downloads/selections/changes as possible. Score will be calculated as per following-
** For each day of active period/age on Dialer Tone service, subscriber will earn 1 point.
** For each song change (any paid price point) subscriber will earn 10 points.
** Dialer Tone subscription/Song Change can be done from any of the available modes but not limited to OBD, IVR, SIVR, USSD, COPY, SANCHAYA, WEB and APP.
** Subscribers active on FREE Dialer Tone service will not be eligible to earn any points.

For Monthly gratification, Subscriber has to score a minimum of 50 points to be eligible for gratification.

Time period for monthly contest are:
** 15th August 2016 to 14th September 2016
** 15th September 2016 to 14th October 2016
** 15th October 2016 to 14th November 2016
** 15th November 2016 to 14th December 2016
** 15th December 2016 to 14th January 2016
** 15th January 2017 to 14th February 2017
** 15th February 2017 to 14th March 2017

For Bumper gratification, subscriber has to score a minimum of 350 points to be eligible for gratification.

Time period for contest are:
15th August 2016 to 14th March 2017

Winner Selection:

For the purpose of selecting a winner, active age of subscriber on Dialer Tone service and total song download/selection done by the user will be considered for calculating final score.

For Monthly gratification:-
** Top 1000 prepaid subscribers and top 50 post-paid subscribers with highest score & minimum of 50 points during the period(s) mentioned will be eligible for monthly gratification as per point No-5 below.
** The winners will be informed and credited their respective benefits by end of same month.
** Additionally, Top 3 (THREE) customers with highest score & minimum of 50 points during the period(s) mentioned will be eligible for monthly gratification of Smartphone as per point No-5 below.
** In case a subscriber wins Smartphone in any month period mentioned in point No-3, he/she will not be eligible for Smartphone in the remaining period(s) but will be eligible for Bumper Gratification(s).

For Bumper gratification:-
** Top 1 (ONE) subscriber with highest score & minimum of 350 points at the end of contest (15th March 2016) will be eligible for Bike as per point no.5 below.
** Next 2 (TWO) best scorers with highest score & minimum of 350 points during the entire contest period (15th Aug’16 to 14th Mar’17) will be eligible for LED TVs as per point No-5 below.
** Next 5 (FIVE) best scorers with highest score & minimum of 350 points during the entire contest period (15th Aug’16 to 14th Mar’17) will be eligible for Microwave Oven as per point No-5 below.
