The Jungle Book Contest Terms & Conditions :

This Contest is organized by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and is open to all applicants for participation who comply with below conditions (“Participants”)

Eligibility:
are citizens of India; and Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents.

Modes of Participation:
** To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to answer 3 (three) questions correctly by following the steps stated herein below, during the Contest Period:
** A Participant needs to go to Contest Webpage at the following address: www.nickindia.com/hdplus/contest.
** After successfully navigating to the said Webpage, a participant may thereafter answer 3 (three) questions correctly by selecting the correct answer from the multiple options provided on the said Webpage during the Contest Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any other rules/instructions mentioned on the said Webpage or imposed by the Organizer from time to time, in its sole discretion.
** Participants may participate more than once on every day basis during the Contest Period.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence from 15th August, 2016 and shall conclude on 26th August, 2016 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any entries received and/or questions answered after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Selection of Winners:
** At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall select total 5 (five) Participants who have answered the questions correctly on first come basis, as the winners of the Contest (“Winners”) and such Winners shall be eligible for gratification as detailed below.

** The Winners shall be announced on 27th September, 2016 or such other date and/or time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion (“Announcement”). Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the Organizer will distribute the prizes to the Winners on any date/s from 1st October, 2016 to 10th October, 2016 or on such other date/dates and at such time as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

Gratification Details:
The Winners of the Contest as declared by the Organizers would be eligible to win the prizes given and determined by the Organizers in their sole discretion, in the manner mentioned below:
** For the sake of clarity, it is understood that each Winner of the Contest (as selected and declared by the Organizer) shall be entitled to only 1 (one) prize which shall be given to the Winner subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein and at sole discretion of the Organizer.

** Further, each Prize set out above shall be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
** The Participants or any third party shall have no right to question the nature, form, type or number of the Prize / gratification being given by the Organizers.
** Organizer takes no responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winners.

** Prizes will be distributed after the end of the Contest Period, on 1st September, 2016 or on such date and at such time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion subject to compliance of terms and conditions herein and all instructions of Organizer from time to time.
