Art & Craft Competition :

Participation of School / Institution / Group – can send a minimum of 50 entries.There are no limitations for the maximum entries, less than 50 entries are not eligible for the competition

Coloring / Painting / Craft / Greeting / Pencil Sketching (select any topic)

Note:
** Art work shall be made using medium such as Pencils, Crayons, Pastels, Water/ Poster/ Acrylic/ Oil Paints/ Charcoal/ Sketch pens/ Color or Glitter pens/ Decorative items/ Color papers etc.
** Art work MUST be of size A4 the maximum (210 x 297 mm) or less than that of an A4.
** Entries must be only on PAPER/THICK PAPER.
** Thermo coal, Cereals, Pulses, Dhal and such related burnable or food items are strictly not allowed.
** Any Materials used that is exceeding 2mm thickness and 3mm height are strictly not allowed.

Groups:
Group 1 – Pre.Kg, Lkg & Ukg
Group 2 – 1St, 2nd & 3rd
Group 3 – 4th, 5th & 6th
Group 4 – 7th, 8th & 9th
Group 5 – 10th, 11th & 12th

Last date for Participation:
31st August 2016 (Entries must reach us on or before – 31st August 2016)

** Entries shall be submitted ONLY by post
** Submit the original artwork with completed
** Entry Form pasted behind every entry
** ENTRY FORM has to be PASTED behind every entry. Download the ENTRY FORM Format from www.phegivef.com (Failing to FILL the Entry Form, might cause rejection to that particular entry)

Entry Fee:
For single entry Rs.100/- (Each participant can send one or more Entries on any Topic)

Mode of Payment:
** Depending on the TOTAL number of entries – a single Bank Demand Draft in the name of “PHEGIVEF” payable at ‘Coimbatore’, Tamil Nadu, India has to be sent with the entries parcel
** Participation Form has to be filled COMPLETELY by the School / Institution / Group/Individual and to be sent authorized with the entries PARCEL.
** All the ENTRIES must be sent with proper packing (separated with grade wise packs inside) AND to be sent at your own risk and expenses.
** Entries, Participation Form, Participants List, DD & a Covering letter with authorized signatory and ** SEAL has to sent together for participation.

Results & Prizes:
Results & Prizes will be sent to Respective Schools/Institutions/Groups/Individuals by POST before November 2016 and also can visit “Competition – Results” @ www.phegivef.com

** Please ensure you keep a copy of everything you submit if required as No entries or Forms will be returned back.
** Parents or Guardians must ensure Entry-made is the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party.
** The decision of the producers of the competition is final and no communication will be entered in to, following their decision.
** Parents /Guardians must ensure that entries do not contain illegal, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or any other unsuitable content or material.
